i probably say selection, is better here then Mongolian, they do have a large selection of vegetables and at least as much meat, if not more then Mongolian; only real down side is the sauce selection is not as good by quite a bit, they also don’t add sauce or put any sriracha in while cooking; not a huge thing, but something to know. $17 for a large bowl, so a fair bit cheaper then Mongolian grill, and they put it on a plate instead of back in a bowl.over all i was happy.
Now the regular meal side, DAMN I’m really impressed, at least with the Katsu. $14 got a, frankly HUGE portion of well cooked crispy Katsu, a bed of cabbage, rice, a bowl of fruit, as well as katsu and ginger dipping sauce.
Not often can i saw i was shocked by how large a portion size is, but this time definitely.
This picture was after about 5 pieces were eaten, and honestly this alone warrants the 5 star.
Over all very few notes, other then maybe add some sauces, but totally totally worth coming here.
They also put a height limit on the bowls, as well as changing the order in which you serve the ingredients so you can’t put the meat at the bottom. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still a lot of food, but just know that it’s not as much as it used to be.
The taste is fine, I mean you choose all the ingredients and sauces so…
Parking out front is usually kind of hard, so depending on what time you go, you might have to park in the back and walk around.
I would say it’s definitely a good spot to try or to have every once in a while.
The food here is surprisingly really good! I’m quite a picky eater (especially when it comes to Asian food), and I usually don’t eat very much, but there can be an exception of eating more than I usually do when the food is good.
It’s this case with the food here! I had A LOT of food (I got the seafood, YUM), and it’s soooo good that keeping leftovers was impossible I had to finish it because I can’t stop wanting to eat more! (Ps, The trick is to push your items down/compact them, and you can stack stuff till a certain height! Do that to make it really worth the amount of $$ you pay for! )
I think I used the Korean bbq sauce, which is more sweet, and I love sweet food! Would highly recommend that sauce for those who prefer sweet flavors.
Usually takeouts would negatively impact dining experience, but even with takeouts, the food was good! I’m glad I got to come back and dine in for the better experience!!
The sesame/red bean ball was delicious!!! It was warm, not super greasy, and I just love the combinations of the slight crispiness of the outer layer and the softer parts on the inside (red bean paste)! It’ll be worth it to try!
Definitely a highly recommended place to eat!
What we didn’t like :
The appetizer (chicken kabob) was almost $4 and was very disappointing. 2 Tiny Kabobs that didn’t taste amazing and were expensive. I would recommend skipping appetizers.

The entrées were delicious as long as you follow the recipes they have listed for sauce. And be sure to really pack the meat and veggies in the bowl really well so you have a good amount. Overall good meal for 2 and an entree for $35
Perfect place to eat healthy and good, 1 good medium plate could serve 2. The chicken in the stick is not that good though, but not bad.
Recommend sauce combo (spicy): Thai Curry, Sesame, and Spicy Mongolian
