I could eat here every day. The food is superb and I love that they come all on dishes that you can share. The bread, oh, I have no written words to describe how delicious it truly is. I was a bit bummed when I woke up and all I had seen was the tinfoil on the counter with no more bread. I guess I will have to go back so I can chow down on food I already know is great.

I tried this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend and I’m so glad I did. I asked for his favorite dishes and I tried them all. Garlic Naan, Samosas, Chicken Biryani, Prawn Vindaloo and Goat Vindaloo. All were delicious and spicy. I like that you can have the spice catered to your liking. 5 was perfect! I will be returning to try many other things that they offer. Do yourself a favor and if you’re buying samosas for two people, get 2 orders. You’ll want another one after you try the first one! Flaky crust, soft fluffy inside. So good!

Good food. Not spicy at all. A 5/10 on their scale is bland and mild, so if you want spicy, ask for a 10.

SO delicious!! Just a little Mom and Pop shop. Dad does the cooking and ladies work the front of the house. Well worth the wait of the Tandoori chicken and fresh naan. Garlic naan is my favorite. Make a reservation or some takeout. They are amazing.

Bang for the buck! It’s very affordable and you get what you pay for. Definitely worth a shot! Their mango kulfi was phenomenal. The server was friendly too and the place felt like family run too, which almost adds a fun touch to the restaurant.

We occasionally dine in at the restaurant but prefer takeout. Food is excellent, highly recommended. Be careful ordering takeout by phone, they don’t always get it right- especially the spicing.

I enjoy Indian food and have tried all of them in Grand Rapids. Pals is the bang for your buck of Indian food in Grand Rapids. The food is average but affordable. They have a good enough variety but the quality isn’t top. For a good deal I would go here but if you want something extra I would try other places. I enjoy their lunch buffet.

I have some pretty high standards for Indian food thanks to my Indian coworkers. I have to say Pal’s does a great job and delivering delicious food at a fair price in a timely manner. They also have some relatively authentic options and a diverse selection of protein. My go-to for Indian food is goat but it’s hard to find places that sell goat in West Michigan. I’m glad to see that Pal’s offers goat in a wide variety of options. If you’re new to Indian food I’d recommend getting the butter chicken, it’s creamy, not too sweet, and delicious. I personally recommend their saag goat, that is my favorite dish alongside the methi goat. Methi is a little like butter curry but more spices and a more complex flavor. Saag is a spinach based curry with a subtle cumin undertone. All of those are great options. And of course, be careful how spicy you ask for, I usually do 7 out of 10 which is hot but not so hot that you’re nose is runny. 10/10 will put tears in your eyes. Enjoy 🙂

One the best Indian Restaurants in town. Authentic. Great people and service. We ordered Mango lassi, Vegetable Korma, and Roti. Our friends had ordered a bunch of non-veg dishes and were very satisfied with the taste. Definitely recommended.
