I don’t get the hype. Wait in a line for 15 mins for hot trash? Toasted Cheese is just two pieces of unmelted American cheese on a lukewarm bun. The fries were good but Cookout is way better and that’s not saying much.

So the service at the Pal’s in the food court is awful. I absolutely love pals and am usually very understanding but after waiting 10 minutes and watching 4 customers that ordered after me receive their food I asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere to eat. Olivia refused me a refund, gave me an attitude, and smirked at me while she explained that she just wasn’t going to give me my money back. Anyways that is the worst service I’ve ever had at Pal’s, and Olivia’s customer service skills are deplorable.

Good food. Went back and asked for a refill not knowing if you get one or not. No you dont,have to wait back in the long line again and pay .35 cents for a small refill. Nope not gonna wait 15 minutes and pay for what I just paid for. 1 refill should be standard.

Hands down the best run burger joint possibly in the whole country. As a truck driver, I have been everywhere and this place is consistent with the quality of their food and service. Better than In N Out or Five guys easy.
