We went to the bookstore in this shopping center and we’re looking for somewhere good to eat. This place didn’t disappoint. Chicken was so yummy, the burger was huge and delicious, salmon was absolutely amazing and stunning. All of the sides were so good! The beer battered fish was our least favorite. It didn’t have too much flavor. The pumpkin creme brulee was so good and amazing texture and flavor! We loved the outdoor seating and being able to feed the ducks and swans. Stay away from the bread oil though…it had a very bitter taste and much to be desired. The bread is good though. We will be back when in Lexington.

Ive been here a few times but the most recent visit was to celebrate my dad’s birthday. We had a fabulous time. Our party was 9 people from ages 4 to 93. We opened presents and sang happy birthday in the middle of the bustling restaurant. I enjoyed the spiral truffle fries, from what i could try of them without my husband and brothers gobbling them. My scallops (pictured below) were some of the best Ive ever had and beautiful too.
When the weather is nice, this is the best place for a sunset dinner and drink at the bar. It is a mini vacation in the middle of my hometown.

Got food delivered for the first time, got two portions of Wood Grilled Salmon salad and 2 portions of Grilled Shrimp. The salad was very yum, grilled shrimp was a tad bit disappointing due to the small size of the shrimp. Otherwise, quite surprised by the taste and would definitely get food again from here!

We came here with a group of 7. The food was sort of hit or miss. The fish sliders had good flavor but the fish on it was a tiny little nugget. Compared to the bread it was almost comical. The breading on the fish was good though.
The breakfast tacos were ok. There was barely any hollandaise and that was the draw of the item for me since it was a unique combo. I also think it would have been better to have tots inside instead of flavorless potatoes. Also not many toppings, so I added cheese on them.
The standout food item for many of us was the wedge salad. The balsamic on it and the crispy onions were delicious and it was a great portion size. The Alfredo was good, the sauce was flavorful. The chowder wasn’t good, the corn was weird in it and chewy thick texture was off putting.
The vibe outside is great. Inside is cute but the booths are super uncomfortable sadly.
The service was overall good like a nice waiter but the food took forever and they weren’t that busy.

Ordered: Cabo street tacos, steak and shrimp, steak and fries, and house salads. Complimentary bread was served. All food was fresh, presented well, and served at the correct temperature. The fries were cooked to a light crisp. The blueberry lemon drop was cold and mixed properly. The server was friendly and attentive. The location has an outdoor eating area and tiki bar.

We (party of 12) arrived at approximately 12:30 on Sunday. The restaurant was practically empty. The waitress provided menus, took our order for drinks and promptly returned to take our orders. And then we waited for over an hour for our food. We watched as multiple tables arrived after us, ate and left. Several people at our table almost got up and left. At nearly the hour the waitress came to the table to tell us that our food would be ready in about 10 minutes. Since all the food arrived hot and fresh I can only guess that it took about 15 minutes to prepare. By the time we left the restaurant was again almost empty. I don’t know if the waitress didn’t put in our order on time or if the kitchen just decided that they would ignore our order. Since the manager was willing to seat us and said nothing about needing to wait I have to assume he either didn’t care about us as customers or is a very poor manager.
The food was good but not good enough to ever return.

Top notch! Food was excellent (I had the Diver Scallops, dare I say one of the best dishes in Lexington?) I sat at the outdoor bar, served by two fabulous male bartenders, & enjoyed every minute! Highly recommend! (Side note, I’ve been before, & every time the food is incredibly delicious!) The only bad thing I can say, and it wasn’t even bad, was there was no music. No radio or anything. Kind of enjoyed it though, the silence 🙂

Wow, what a fabulous meal and service…waiter, Andrew, was kind, helpful and patient. Food was excelle t, crispy fish and slaw, shrimp and grits chased with two perfect bloody Marys! The closer was the bourbon bread a d i e cream desert and perfect cup of joe…the Manager stopped by a few times to check in on us too. In spite of the Valentines Day rush, they found us a drop-in no-reservation spot on the high boy chairs in the bar…everything was perfect except for the Cats bb loss to the Gators…As Arnold kinda says….”We’ll be back!”

It was prom night when we went, but I had a reservation. We sat at the bar and although they were very busy we still had a good experience. Delicious food, it was a perfect birthday dinner spot!

The food portions were generous but everything either had too much salt or too much pepper. I had the flounder imperial. Thankfully the rice and sauce helped to dilute the over-seasoned fish and spinach. My bf had the ahi tuna which came with Wasabi mashed potatoes that had way too much wasabi.
Nice restaurant, too crowded for my liking, but was good to experience.
Might be nice to sit outside by the water when weather permits.
