We love this IHOP. Staff has always been so nice, and the food perfect. Even under new management it has stayed just as good. It’s really served us well for everything, Large group get-togethers, to-go orders, hubby/wifey dates, quick stops for a bite. They haven’t failed us yet in one bit. The waitstaff really do deserve recognition as they have gone above and beyond each time we have been there.

Under new management! Or no management at all. 2 of my initial chosen items were unavailable, when settling for something else, I find that part of that item is also not available. Meat was sweeter than the syrup (somehow ?) the eggs I ordered over easy were overcooked for even an egg sandwich. Should have known when the staff had food from an outside vendor delivered. Service was fine.

The service was excellent, waitress was friendly. The veterans discount helped at checkout.
The sign said under new management and the store looked remodeled, clean and inviting.

False advertising.
Big advert in the entry lobby: “all you can eat pancakes with any breakfast combo.” The IHOP website for ‘Deming specials’ says the same OR $5 all-you can eat pancakes without the combo.
We only wanted the pancakes, but decided to order a breakfast combo, so we could get the pancakes with it for free.
Menu says “avocado toast” is breakfast combo. First they refused to make the classic avocado toast , even though it is listed in their menu for $8.99. We had to get eggs with it at an extra charge of $1. But they did not give us the side dish (fruit or hash browns) that they were supposed to serve with it.
Then they refused to honor their advertisement and billed us $10 for the pancakes on top of the breakfast combo. If we had ordered the allo-you can-eat pancakes separately, the advertised charge was $5.
When I asked to remove the charge, first they said: “that ad is no longer valid” and then: “the breakfast combo we bought isn’t really a breakfast combo.” NONSENSE of course.
We ended up paying $33, more than DOUBLE for an order that was supposed to be $8.99 (avocado toast) + 6.99 (tomato basil soup = $$15.98. That is more than false advertising. That is blatant fraud.
This is the last time I go there.

I ordered the steak omelet and blue raspberry lemonade. Everything tasted very fresh. I enjoyed my waiters (Keisha) personality. She made me laugh and allowed me to feel better about my day. The new management here is amazing

Went on a Friday about noon. Our server was excellent. Checked on us the right amount of times & showed genuine customer service. Good was on point. Enjoyed the Christmas music.

Delicious! We always Love the Short stack pancakes but today we decided to try the lunch so we had the Boneless Chicken plate along with my Mushroom Swiss cheese Burger and OMG…Fabulous! The Chicken is a great white meat that was cooked perfectly, so crisp. My Mushroom Swiss cheese Burger was incredible and the Steak fries were golden brown just the way I like them. We have to say, IHOP I guess you can’t go wrong Breakfast or Lunch, Yumm!
