Normally when I buy food from Palm Pizza it is generally very good but today I received a strange pizza. There is a piece missing from it and I truly do not understand how this could happen in the first place. Usually I am excited but today the pizza provided was a disappointment.

Really good deals, with really good food! Don’t let the outside deceive you. I am a big fan of the mango habanero wings! Their Pizza, so much better than any of the big pizza chain places. Palm pizza is honestly on my top 3 pizzerias.

Worst customer service on the planet. Rude, condescending and zero ownership of their mistake. I ordered Lemon pepper wings and they gave me baked seasonless, sauceless chicken. I drove 20+ min to return them the next day bc I ordered delivery the day before and couldn’t get through on the phone. I ended up leaving without my wings and no refund. The person behind the counter talked to me like I was a dumb woman trying to pull a fast one. I had my receipt and a full container of uneaten food. I’m not exactly sure how much more evidence that my family didn’t eat anything and am not trying to get food for free. Idk how they have a 4.8 star rating. The place is dirty, customer service is horrible and the food looked nasty. Save yourself the money, time and frustration. Id rather eat pizza from the gas station.

Palm Pizza has ignored my complaint. Said I can bring the pizza in to add toppings. Than pay the difference. Not to mine you I paid for delivery so I didn’t have to leave the home. My child Birthday party not a success. Big fail on Palm Pizza. Terrible customer service for not accommodating our needs. Better off ordering from big Pizza chains.
