Take it for what it’s worth Panera is way better than other chains especially fast food. All kinds of options, we opted for the new Asiago Bagel sandwiches, which were delicious. Little heavy on the arugula side but we don’t mind since we enjoy it. The Spicy Steak was delicious as well as the Zesty Tuscan stack. But you can’t really go wrong with anything here.

Grabbed my mobile order and darted off. Little did I know , sitting in the passenger seat inside of the big brown bag was one of the best salads I’ve ever received. Beautifully made and delicious. I’ve typically had pretty good experiences at this store, though a few times lately, the quality of food has suffered. Today for example, ordered the tomato basil BLT, and the bacon looks very undercooked. Given this sandwich is also cold, made me wonder about the safety as well. Just buyer beware, I guess.

Came to Panera at 730pm on a Monday night and order food for dine-in with my boys. I waited 20-25 mins for 3 sandwiches and a salad (pictured) with 4 customers eating in the dining room and one order ahead of mine. There were 7 employees either talking, laughing, or just standing staring at the one or two employees working. The sandwiches were fine, but the salad had a horrible aftertaste and just could not eat it, I ended up throwing it away. I wanted to get a refill before leaving, but as I walked up two employees were emptying the drink decanters while laughing and playing. I looked at my watch and it was 810pm a full 50 minutes to closing. Finally the two stopped giggling and enjoying the conversation to notice I was trying to get a refill. I managed to grab the last bit left before they took it away. I remember when this Panera was a joy to visit and the customers/ employees were smiling and having a good time, but now I feel like everytime I come here I am burdening the employees and just unwanted. Maybe it’s me, maybe I am just getting too old to interact in public, but the more I go out to restaurants here in Pace the more I see habits like this place exhibits and attitudes of indifference to customers. Ultimately, the service was not great, the food was mediocre to poor, and the absence of customer service is not only visible, but felt once you enter this establishment. Maybe it will get better when I stop coming, maybe it won’t, either way I think I am done with this location. Best of luck to those that still frequent here.

I love the breakfast soufflés and have not been able to get one at this location, every time I go even 10 minutes after they open they don’t have them or say they’re not making them today. I’ll even check on the app to do a mobile order and it says they have them in stock then when I go to pickup they have none. Very inconvenient and very annoying.

No one called my name when my order was ready, so I have no clue how long my food sat up on the counter. Instead of calling my name again it just sat there.
When I sat down with my food, I picked up a super dirty spoon with what looked like yogurt on it. It was stuck to the napkin. Absolutely disgusting.
It makes me wonder how the food is handled and if the utensils used in the back are clean.

Pretty damn good!! Loved my Fuji apple salad. I was hoping for more gf options. Only one soup was, the Turkey chili. It was good. But not what I wanted. I’ll be back though.
