I requested light sauce on spaghetti. It was not light at all. Even the waitress stated that she “saw it was a lot.” If she “noticed” the problem, then she should have spoken up to the kitchen. Chicken parm was very dry, overcooked, and tough. Salad was just wilted Iceberg lettuce with soggy cucumbers, onions, and over ripped cherry tomatoes. A complete embarrassment. The establishment appearance is nice, but their kitchen staff needs to be trained a bit more. Food is extremely overpriced. Over $20 for Chicken Parmigiano.

How can a place go downhill so fast? During COVID when they only had takeout and delivery, they were great! Food arrived hot, fast, and correct. Now that they’ve finished renovating and opened up, we’ve yet to have a good experience. The orders are consistently incorrect and the quality has gone drastically downhill. We have so few restaurants in this area, it’s such a shame that this place can’t get it right.

literally the worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant. my husband’s food order was wrong so we told them about it. the manager (?) promised he would get his correct order in “8-10 minutes”. after waiting an additional 20 minutes, his food never came. I asked the manager to just forget it and we would like it taken off the bill. he said ok. then, we get the bill & our dinners are still on it. to which, I asked if it was still being discounted since my husband didn’t even eat dinner. the manager said no he can’t take the dinners off and will take off the kids meals. we will definitely not be back!

NYC prices with a small town attempt at margherita pizza. It looks like they just slapped some square deli slices of mozzarella on a normal pizza crust. Not impressed.

We really liked this place at first, but had a bad experience the Sunday before Memorial Day. We waited 2 hours for our food only to receive it wrong. There was no manager on. It was a total Trainwreck. Our bill was wrong. The bathroom garbage smelled so bad. It hadn’t been emptied in days. Too bad because we really liked this place. Hopefully it won’t happen again. We are willing to give it another try. Maybe around a holiday weekend, this place will be staffed properly. I understand it’s hard to get good help, but there was one kid waiting on tables and tending bar that day. Not sure where everyone else was.

Good stop! Pizza was very good! Been stopping in here on and off for the past 20 years and this is easily the best it’s looked. Place needed a face-lift which it obviously got. New owners are off to a great start! Good luck to them. We will be back.

Their New York pizza was a joke, maybe they never had a good New York pizza – maybe it is Philadelphia pizza or something. Chicken parmigiana needed help. Service was great, but lots of room to improve food.

Great location. Only had drinks and pizza, which was excellent. The outside deck is amazing but still under renovation I assume as there was no outside music for the amount seating available to get the visitor into the outdoor mood. I will definitely go back here during the summer.
