Manager is awful so rude. We placed an order it was completely wrong. We called and they said we couldn’t do anything till the next day when the manager is in. So we called today to get the refund she then got so hostile with my partner saying she can’t process a refund for us at all. I then called to ask about the refund policy she then tells me I need to bring the food in. So I asked if it’s from the night before what should I do since they told me to wait till the next day. She then proceeded to get loud and aggressive over the phone telling me to get the food out of my trash can and bring it to her and that she is “waiting on me” at that point I just laugh and hung up on her. Awful experience as a whole. I hope you get a cut of the $20 you seem
So pressed to refund us since your employee can’t read. This was supposed to be a sandwich btw. Yup that’s just lettuce,chicken, and mayo in a BOWL. And nachos thrown in a bag. Anyway I hope her day gets better and she has the day she deserves

I wanted the subway club which SHOULD have turkey, ham, and roast beef. I also used to work for subway so I know there are little charts on how to the make the subs (placed above the bar). Anyways, I get home and check my sandwich and there is no roast beef on the sandwich. At the store, I assume it’s just placed under the ham and turkey but of course not. If you don’t have a specific ingredient something needs to be said. I paid for the sandwich and didn’t even get what I wanted. I’m still gonna eat because it’s not like it’s bad but I am annoyed about it.

Rude manager sneezed in my spinach after I kindly requested them to replace it with fresh spinach because it was NASTY! After I had asked a guy who worked there if they could replace it and he just looked at me and said “no”. The place looks like it hasn’t been wiped with a rag in 10 years! The glass near the food was disgusting! The lady who works there was also yelling/cursing about how no one appreciates her and then proceeded to tell people to get up from the outdoor seating area bc they didn’t have a subway cup! I’ve never seen anything so bad in my life! I wish there was a zero star option

Accidentally ordered from this subway instead of another. Walked in to get my online order and the girl working was putting cookies into the display with NO gloves on…. definitely won’t be eating my online order.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I never would’ve spent this money if I would’ve known how horrible it would’ve been! Nobody is answering the phone when I’m trying to call to get my order fixed. This chicken chipotle was supposed to have no tomatoes no spinach no green pepper no cucumber, There’s barely any chicken on it and it’s covered in salad toppings! I am so aggravated. I can’t go anywhere because me and my daughter tested positive for COVID-19 so this has me so upset! I also paid extra for sliced avocado, and smooshed avocado. The sandwich is still wrapped up and ready to be returned and thrown out for my refund!

We stop by many Subways on our annual cross country road trip. This was one of the best! The woman making the subs was friendly and helpful. They didn’t over-sauce like so many other places do. They might even have spicy mustard (which most Subways do not) if you ask nicely!

The manager needs to be fired extremely unprofessional . 3 days ago Before she made my sandwhich I asked if there was an up charge for grilled chicken from rotisserie she said yes so I changed my mind and left(never been charged before). Came back today for a sandwich and said she had been WAITING ON ME and caused and unprovoked argument called the police in which they said it was a waste of time I asked for her name and she said your mama and started jumping up and down just plain out being a child I did nothing wrong but try to get a sand which.

How is this place still in operation? On Friday at lunchtime, an employee locked the door for no understandable reason! When I stood outside at the door confused, reading the hours posted on the door and observing the neon OPEN sign flashing, she began screaming at me. SCREAMING. I filed a complaint on the Subway website and received an insincere form apology from the owner stating that” good help is hard to find.” Seriously? If this is how he runs his franchises, imagine the state of hygiene and food prep standards inside. Appalling.

I looked everywhere for a number or email to share my experience at this store yesterday. I placed an online order like I do at many other subway restaurants. I understand this to be considered curbside pick up. When I pulled up , the rudest employee was sitting at the table outside. She rudely points at a sign that said no parking. I said nicely, im not parking just curbside pick up. She then says she is going to call 911 because I am breaking the law. She then starts screaming at me as I walk inside, “you better be glad Im not on shift”.
Is this what Subway wants ? Customers being verbally attacked while trying to pick up a sandwich?
