The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful, prices are good (for NYC), food was served fast and delicious. Plenty of choices to be made with a larger menu, would come back and recommend. My only complaint is that the home potatoes are bit on the bland side, but add some ketchup and salt and flavor beholds!

New York City does not run on Dunkin, it runs on Diners, and the Palace is the palace of NYC diners.

This aint a restaurant. It is a diner and I like diners. Breakfast is always my go to so I went with the eggs benedict. The nuclear yellow hollandaise cn be offputting but it wasn’t bad. This place needs a freshening up since it is dingy. Diners are old school but this one looks old. The muffin and black and white cookie were ok. 3 stars.

We ducked in for a late lunch and coffee and found a bit of the old New York City. I had one of the very best pastrami sandwiches and my buddy had a coffee. We got to chat for a long time and be left alone. Tab came to $20 and il left a standard 15% tip.

Classic New York diner. Went for the gluten free options as my wife is Celiac. Full gluten free menu. Gotta love being able to get French toast and waffle and she can eat it all. Up to standard of any diner I’ve ever been to. Will 100% be back. Would be a regular if I lived closer. Can’t wait to go back.

One of the best Gluten free breakfast we had in NY. They got a whole separate Menu for GF from sweet (french toast, pancakes) to savory.

Food is good and the portions are large. But I really did not appreciate that the tip was included in the bill at the end ( 20%) for an average low service. Otherwise I would have graded higher. Be careful ( I guess they only charge mandatory tip like that to tourists)

Ok food, reasonably priced and pleasant staff made for a decent place to grab breakfast. It’s a kind of classic new york dinner with the kind of food you would expect like waffles, pancakes, eggs etc. The iced coffee wasn’t great but it did the job. The pancakes with strawberries was a large portion and came with syrup and butter on the side. Was about $14 for the pancakes and $4 for the iced coffee which I got a refill on. Would recommend to anyone looking for a NY diner.
