Clean, bright restaurant and friendly service. Based on the pictures, I thought I could get a slice of thin crust pizza. Disappointed that I they sold individual pizzas instead, but I settled. The pizza tasted good. The slices were short, as expected, but the crust was incredibly thin (like a cracker). There wasn’t enough crust to hold it or fold it. I had to use both hands. It was not my preference, but I was satisfied.

I eat at Paisanos in Lorton Market regularly and the Buffalo chicken is one of my absolute favorites!! But what makes it better is Shawn, the manager who is so kind, gives real customer service, and will always make any mistake right! I do feel like the freshest pizza around is at Paisanos and everyone who works there is so kind!

It tastes fine? I got everything I asked for but everything could use more seasoning. I could have got sauce but Honey Mustard is $1?? That’s a lot but I got my food fast and hot, staff is fine-professional.
The place was empty which makes me nervous at lunchtime. It’s fast food.

Traveling through Virginia we wanted Pizza. Not being familiar with the area we took a chance and ate at Paisano’s. It was an excellent choice.
The manger was very amiable, friendly, helpful and courteous.The pizza was very good with plenty of cheese and pepperoni served in a box that kept it hot.
My husband had the steak and cheese sub. He said it was juicy and delicious.
And the dessert topped everything off we had a Cannoli and plain cheesecake.
The restroom was very clean. .

Since the new management/ownership has stepped in, it’s been a night and day difference. I’ve always loved Paisanos, but since all the changes that have been made, it’s just been a 100% better experience. Better quality experience, better food, better customer service. Definitely my favorite place to grab some lunch during my work day! The new GM is one of the nicest guys I’ve met. Super positive, helpful, and kind. Definitely will come here for years to come.

My last two orders have led to horrible experience. Two weeks ago the order took an hour and ten minutes to arrive. Once it did arrive, it was not my order. I caught the driver before he pulled away and hold him this is not my order. He said he would be back in three minutes with the correct order. I said how are you going to do that when it took over an hour to get this order. He stated he delivered my order to the previous house and was going to exchange them. I told him I didn’t want food once it’s been in someone else’s possession. I called to get a refund and not wait another hour for new food.
Figured the last order was a one off so we ordered again a week later. We did a pre-order to arrive at between 5-5:15pm. Order got here at 6pm. Food was very cold and we did not eat it.
I keep hearing about new management, but these were the first issues we had, and these were after new management.
