Ordered a Biggie deal and a small chilli to split between my wife and I. I eat the chili and fries. She eats the sandwich and nuggets. Anyway, was told they didn’t have my preferred drink. No big deal, pay and get pulled forward so they can cook the chicken. They come out and say they are out of chilli, and that I would have to go to the app for a refund. I went to the app and tried to contact the customer service line only to be hung up on multiple times. If you want the wrong drink, no entree without an option to be refunded, and cold fries I would highly recommend.

Did a mobile order, we clearly were the only ones knew who we were pulled up got our drink ask to pull around to wait on food we parked remind you it was not busy! Brought our food and said mobile order we said yes, went home to find out wrong order on top horrible customer service and they touched all food with out gloves

I am a DoorDash driver. I arrived at the restaurant and found the lobby door closed, so I went to the drive-thru.
I tried to explain to the employee on the speaker that I had a DoorDash order, but she kept saying “sorry” several times as if she couldn’t hear me.
I had to raise my voice slightly so she could hear me, and then she told me to come inside, even though the door was closed.
After entering through the gas station entrance, I noticed that another DoorDash driver was told to use the drive-thru because it was faster, while I was instructed to come inside.
This was confusing and unfair, and I felt there was unequal treatment.
I hope management will train employees to communicate more clearly and treat delivery drivers with respect.

Now wonder they are low. Who has low service in a fast food. Mind boggling! App only had driver thru and dine in. After making order for drive thru, I had phoned the restaurant and stated I’m at the light. Just to save 10 mins of getting in line and having to wait for my order, I requested to be checked in so it can be in and out. Lady said it was protocol. I hat protocol? I already paid for my food.

This is the only place near my work. I come here nearly everyday for lunch. Not 1 time has my food been made correctly. In the past 4 months my plain bacon double stack has either not been plain (ketchup, mustard picjle and onion) or the bacon is missing and in a few cases both. The reason I am writing this is because my debt card was forgotten in the drive thru but when I called every 20 minutes for 2.5 hours no one answered the restaurant phone. So I drop back to the location after work. They had my debt card, but didnt verify it belonged to me before giving it back and when I called their number in the lobby and heard the phone ringing, the manager on duty said “i wish that damn phone would stop ringing, I’m not going to answer it regardless of who it is.”
This location is poorly managed, under trained staff, and lacks basic common sense.
Do not eat here, your food will be made wrong and if you call about it they won’t answer.

This place is in really bad shape. The food was stale and old, trash cans overflowing, and just messy. Employees worried about going out for smoke breaks and zero attention to the lobby as customers.

Ordered my food online and I got their n I told them I want fresh food and I got a large meal and my fries were no good at all also my fries were half like a med fries not even that and I called nearly 8 times no answer never go their!
