Visited here for the first time last night and my experience was awesome! Food was amazing and our server was above and beyond her recommendations and overall service. We show up without reservations and they didn’t have any table available but she handle it very well and suggest to wait for a table to be empty and sit us at the bar. We have great time thank you. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this establishment!

Many people recommended it to me, and last night I had the opportunity to go, and it was unforgettable. The atmosphere was romantic, the flamenco musicians and dancer were excellent, the food was good, and the service from the waiters was excellent. In our case, Bryan treated us like family; he was very kind and professional. I highly recommend Paco’s Way without a doubt.

We recently celebrated my sister’s birthday. We had a very enjoyable time. Our server Brayan provides excellent service! He is professional, friendly, thoughtful, and makes you feel right at home. The salmon was deliciously prepared and as well as the seafood paella was cooked perfectly. The saucier is equally talented, which elevates the cuisine. Excellent cocktails bar and wine from Spain Tempranillo. If you are planning a special event or celebration, Paco’s is a lovely venue in the heart of Miami Springs

Had a great experience. Food was excellent and delicious. Grisel was amazing she made my experience amazing, she made me feel like family. The bread was perfect with olive oil on top and warm and well toasted. Tortilla was cooked to perfection.
Had the grilled Octopus and Lamb shank for dinner tasted superb. Dessert was delicious. I recommend Paco Way for the most authentic Spanish food in Miami. Great location!

Service was top notch, Emmanuel took care of us, a polished young man, food was excellent, the paella with lobster, shrimp and all sorts of seafood… sorry we came in too early and missed the show
Warning…if asking for water… make sure you specify what kind you want, paid almost $10 for regular water… the only thing I didn’t enjoy … I just expected free tap water

We celebrated Saturday a beautiful evening birthday dinner for a large group of family and friends of 16 quest , our waiter Ernest was spectacular. All his recommendations were on point and amazing. The wine selection was also very good. The entree’s were a hit as well. 5 star rating for sure.

We came here to celebrate my brother’s birthday. There’s only one waiter for like every single table. He was a good waiter, but the poor man had too much on his plate literally. He only let us order drinks and appetizers. He never came back for us to order the main dish. Tip is included in the bill at 20%. There is no water only bottled water. Bread is charged as well. We probably won’t be coming back. And if you’re looking for an authentic Spaniard experience, unfortunately the entertainers are not from Spain, the show was entertaining, but it wasn’t authentic Spaniard. I saw a few negative comments before arriving at the restaurant, but decided to give it a chance anyways. We had three drinks total an appetizer and a soup $86. Good luck!!

We had such an awesome experience thanks to our server Lissett and Emanuel ! From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcome and taken care of. He was super attentive without being overbearing, had great recommendations, and made sure we always had what we needed. On top of that, he really hooked us up and went above and beyond to make our night extra special. Service like that is rare these days, and Emanuel definitely made the whole experience memorable. If you come here, definitely ask for them, you won’t be disappointed!
