Of course this is a crazy place to have a pretty nice restaurant. Chaos everywhere with people coming and going. Lotta people were seated and then left before they even ordered probably cause they didn’t really have time.

Ana was an amazing server and the food was really good. The fried chicken salad was excellent.

Seems like our server was only person there serving but she hustled and the service really wasn’t that bad. Everything took a while, but not an inordinate amount of time. But if you’re rushing to catch a flight, this is not the place to go.

Not a lot of options available near my departure gate (K6) other than the food court and bars. Decided on this place as it seemed ok to spend around an hour before my flight. Pricey but decent food quality.

Scan and order yourself. Squeezed in like a can of sardines. Not comfortable. The food was decent.
Remove the rosemary from the pasta dish – it makes the cream sauce taste turned.

If youre missing Macaroni Grill this is your stop. After searching the remaining Macaroni Grills in the country I was very pleased to find this one. While not quite to the level the original versions were I can’t say I was disappointed. Penne Rustica was pretty good. Service was fine. Atmosphere is actually not bad given its in an airport. I would consider flying through O’Hare just to visit again.

Not a lot of options. I’m thankful that i was able to get food. Everything else closes in this airport terminal 3 by 7pm. I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken salad. The chicken www cold… also got the spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were cold. In a hurry and hungry so i ate it but def not worth the price. The service was non existent. I don’t recommend this spot at all. Gross

The menu was half what it is at any normal macaroni grill to start. No menus, have to use a QR. Old fashioned was good. Ordered a Caesar salad and croutons were stale, and grilled chicken was cooked well but no flavor

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I ordered a lasagna to go right before my flight, expecting a hot meal. After walking less than one minute to my terminal and sitting down to eat, I found the lasagna completely cold — not lukewarm, but cold. For the price and for an airport restaurant, this is unacceptable.

Cold food that is supposed to be served hot is both unsafe and unappetizing. I didn’t get to enjoy the meal I paid for, and it felt like a complete waste of money. I’m requesting a refund because this should never happen, especially when the food is handed to you moments before you eat it.

I hope the business takes this seriously and improves their food quality and handling. Until then, I can’t recommend this place to anyone.

Our service was prompt and server friendly. The Caesar salad was light bright and tasty. The chicken parmigiana was dry and a bit overcooked. The pasta and sauce was ok. I enjoyed my chicken scaloppine was very good. Chicken was done well, not dry. All items complemented the dish well, from the artichoke to the sauce. It could’ve used more capers.
Overall, the plates were good. I just wouldn’t order the chicken parm again.

Food is good! When you get seated they normally forget to turn on the online check so you have to wait for a server which takes some time before submitted your order. You don’t get checked on often while you are eating either. If you are okay with decent service then eat here the pasta dishes are good!

If i had known i would be paying 60$ for one meal with qr code service (like a cafeteria), then the payment system recommends 20% gratuity AND purchasing 6.50 bottled water to go when I’m already done with the place, i would have never went. This restaurant doesn’t even offer bread. The worst criticism of all is that i left this place snackish.
