P.J.Whelihans was awesome. The food was delicious and the restaurant is very clean. I had their potato soup topped with cheddar. My son ordered the quesadilla, my grandchildren had the chicken tenders with fries, and last but not least my daughter in law has the wrap. It was my granddaughter’s birthday so the waitress brought out ice cream, which came with the kids meal and sang Happy Birthday, she was so awesome. We spent a total of $75. We love this place and can’t wait to come back again.They offer a ton of regular specials during the week.

PJ Whelihan’s Pub is lively and noisy, typical of a sports bar. Happy hour prices are reasonable, and the food is solid—quesadillas were nicely done. Our order was missed, likely due to a large crowd, but the staff remained friendly. The highlight was the Spicy Pineapple Margarita—absolutely stellar!

Good evening Google Family. I visited this location of P J Whelian’s for the first time today. I arrived in a Lyft to view the Eagles play the Buffalo Bills at The Bills home. These sportsbars have so many TV’s around. I could not count them all. When I arrived I went straight to the bar. The first bar was occupied so I headed to the second bar. There is no fireplace here, as I sorely missed that. I networked with Jeff and Marie, other customers and they kept me company for the duration of the game. It was a great game, another nail biter, what else is new? Our server was Nick and he did not disappoint. Nick was nice, friendly and thorough. I ordered loaded potato soup and the fire-grilled salmon with rice and broccoli. I also ordered a strawberry lemonade, nonalcoholic, to drink. My food was good and I ate every morsel. I visited the rest room and it was clean. The noise level was loud because most people were yelling about the game. I love it though!! I don’t ever want to view another Eagles game at home. It is much more fun to be out!!! I had a good experience here. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and Fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age. The potato soup was $6.49, the salmon was $23.99 and the strawberry lemonade was $3.99. My total bill was $36.30 with $1.83 as the tax.

Service and food were less than average, we got seated immediately and waited about 15mins for server to take a drink order, mind me is was not at all crowded. Then another 15mins to order apps, finally we got to order main course, just ordered a burger, it was subpar at best. Very dry and pretty tasteless. Probably will not be returning. And also got this crazy looking chicken wing, or whatever it was?

We visited the Edgemont location on Saturday 2/24/26. We arrived without a reservation as a party of fifteen. Pat R. and the rest of the host staff were so nice and accommodating to our request of being sat together. After pushing tables and chairs together we all sat and were immediately greeted by our server, Kiley. The drinks and appetizers came out quickly and were delicious! Later, we all ordered lunch and everything was timed and executed perfectly by the kitchen staff. Kiley was an amazing server, she was very pleasant, patient and attentive to our party. We had a nice lunch together and would highly recommend this location.

I hosted my son’s surprise party last night in the back private room. The staff were amazing! Victoria and Nick were our bartenders/servers and they did an amazing job with keeping the drinks and food going for 60 guests and always had a smile on their face. I was asked several times by, I believe the manager of the kitchen, how things were going and if we needed anything. I was able to drop decorate off 3 hours before start of party which was a huge help and they put out the balloons and things for me so when we walked in with my son for the surprise, it was all done! Thank you Victoria for that!
The menu I chose was your typical picky appetizers which everyone loved.
I have to say, for the private room, food and open bar, the price was fantastic. I will definitely be having more events here!

Our Server Nick at the Edgemont location was fantastic. We came in after my father’s viewing services. Our big family wanted food and drink. And you welcomed us in. Nick took care of my group. I’m sure there were other staff, as we were a really big group. But he specifically was great to me. Thank you for a much needed fun release during a difficult time for our family.

Outstanding service by Lexi at PJ Whelihan’s! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Drinks were always full, food came out exactly right, and her positive attitude made the whole experience even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. If you’re lucky enough to have Lexi as your server, you’re in great hands. Five stars all day!

I ordered the fish tacos and was very disappointed when they arrived. It was a fried piece of fish cut into thirds. I realized after I sent them back the chips and pickle were missing. There is a $2 up charge for French fries on majority of the options. The drinks? Not even worth it, could not taste the alcohol in either of our drinks. I would not recommend and will not be returning. Our server was super nice and attentive.
