I placed an order online from work to be ready at 6pm. We arrived to pick up our work lunches, mind you I placed my order at 5:30. For ONE person. My coworker who placed a separate order went to pick them up on her lunch break and staff told her “yeah they get lost sometimes” after trying to to tell her my confirmation email didn’t show the order number (It DID). Coworker was almost 10 minutes late clocking back in because apparently tropical smoothie does well enough they can casually lose online orders.

I’ve ordered my smoothie online twice, and both times when I came in to pick it up, the young girl with glasses working the morning shift didn’t greet me. Even when I said “hi,” she didn’t respond—she just handed over the food or pointed when I asked a question. The staff could really benefit from training on basic customer service, especially greeting customers when they enter.

Service failed a bit here due to server’s distraction, failure to listen nd loss of attention. Both servers were just too chatty abt their Sat nite escapades while doing smoothies. Thus, my food item was initially prepared wrong as ingredients I excluded were added. Upon review, the receipt showed that the details were wrong. However, on the flip side, it was superbly corrected, leaving me well satisfied with it. Yet, no apologies being offered was a bit unfavorable.

Clean store and like that they offer one size (about 20 oz). Watered down smoothie which takes away the flavors. I got the detox smoothie and was happy when I saw the size for $8.81. However, I tasted it and didn’t taste anything but water and a splash of ginger. I went back in to ask about the base and whether any other bases are offered and the associate was very nasty and rude with her reply, “only water and ice”. I won’t be back.
