Amazing food! We got the vday 5 course special! The drinks also soooo delicious we got the lychee martini and coconut mojitos and our server Ryan was absolutely outstanding! So polite and a true foodie who knew every delicious bit of the menu! We were so impressed with how great he made our experience. Will definitely be back thank you!

We went to PF Chang’s in Lancaster after a long gap. We went to the ones in Phoenix and Baltimore and a few other locations in the meantime, but Lancaster location, for no good reason whatsoever, fell off the radar for a while. Our memory and the experiences in the other locations is that the food was really good. This time, unfortunately, we didn’t feel the same. I have to add that the service was very good, and no complains about that. We will go back at least one more time to verify if the food quality in the last round was a freak thing, and then take it from there.

Typical PF Changs. Too salty, otherwise good. All enjoyed the dumplings. Sauce for the crab rangoon is delicious. Child’s portion of lo mein is decent. Broccoli comes on the side and is just steamed. Waitress was excellent. Food came pretty quickly but was spaced nicely.

Service was horrible. Slow. Non-attentive. Server couldn’t have cared less. It was not busy. Food was meh. Broccoli was was underdone and beef was overdone to jerky consistency. Huge pieces of broccoli could not be cut, as there was no knife. We ended up with 6 glasses on the table, as the server never took any empty. There were only 2 of us. Rice was super mushy. Will not return to this particular location. Server was too busy sitting in the back and chatting with coworkers. We walked in at lunch but by the time the server came they changed to dinner and upcharged our meals to the dinner prices. Edit….. Weeks later can’t help but notice they only comment on good reviews. Huh

Our waiter Sedric was amazing! Sedric was very engaging and his hospitality was phenomenal. He didn’t rush us in conversation and he also was also very attentive to my husband and I. The drinks were very tasty! I will definitely be back again.

My first and likely last experience at P.F. Changs. I ordered curbside online. Went smoothly. As requested, I notified them I was at the restaurant, though I was unable to locate a specific area for curbside pickup. I received a text back saying that the finishing touches are being done & I would receive an update on my order shortly. I waited 25 minutes and then decided to go in and check. There sat my food, cold. It’s now the next day and I still haven’t received an update on my order. The quality of the food was ok and was likely much better if served hot. I ordered the teriyaki trio, crab rangoon and vegetable spring rolls. The vegetable spring roll filling had a plastic taste to it. Quite strong. For the amount of money I spent I am extremely disappointed with my experience I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Amazing service! Dropped in late and sat at the bar due to the timing, but the bartender did not rush us or make us feel unwelcome at all (as we’ve experienced at another establishment recently when arriving towards closing). The bartender was pleasant and patient and very welcoming. She said she has been there 6 years and I hope the restaurant recognizes what a valuable employee they have. Thank you for making our quick visit a pleasant one, despite the late arrival!

I was in town for a conference and stopped at the bar for Happy Hour. The bartender Kiana and the manager Owen provided next level service! I felt like we were life long friends before I left. I had the lemon drop martini which was absolutely amazing and I am a tough critic. I ordered the lettuce wraps and dumplings and thought they were both delicious and so filling!
