Stopped by on Friday expecting the same quality I get in camarillo or oxnard nope not even close I was starving and didn’t pack lunch or esle I would have gone back and asked for my money back pizza was trash bread was OK atmosphere was very meh we don’t care for our customers vibes it was obvious tbe pizza was old and burnt but also under cooked like he dough sat out to long and didn’t rise and to top it of way over priced for a classic 9.99 is ridiculous payed almost $20 for a classic and crazy bread combo. Won’t be coming back save yourself the trouble don’t try it.

Until this evening we have had no bad experience. My husband and daughter went to go pick up some food for the house after a long day. My husband comes home upset. He is not one to let anything bother him. He tell me me the young man named Justin refused to make us a fresh pizza with fresh toppings. He said we stop fresh orders at 9;30. My husband’s tell him well your open till 10. Justin replies depending on your attitude I’ll decide if I throw in a few pizza. My husband responded I can buy my food. And he still refuses to make us fresh pizza.

This place is extremely understaffed or poorly managed. I ordered a regular pizza and it took them 50 minutes to get me my order, didn’t even warn me of the wait. A guy walked in after I ordered and he got his 3 customized orders before me. I even asked why it was taking so long and they just said “Online orders have priority”. Don’t ever order here In person unless you want to wait close to an hour.

This is ridiculous, this is the third time that they messed up my order. We always order stuffed pretzel crust. First time no pretzels crust, they gave us regular crust. Second time we told the cashier and he gave us attitude when we asked him to fix it. This time they gave us pretzel crust but no stuffed and cold. Is so annoying that as a customer we have to double check the order. I just wanna go home and eat my pizza that I order.

I’ve gone to this Little Caesars about 5-6 times now. Last night I got out of work late and was craving Little Caesars so I decided to call and ordered. My call went through 2 times and the phone rang and rang but no one answered. Finally, I arrived to Little C’s. I was the 3rd in line. The 2 people ahead of me told me that they had been waiting there for over 5 minutes to place their orders but no one was coming to the cashier. About 5 minutes later, the guy cutting the pizzas came to the front and sold a pepperoni pizza to the 1st guy in line. The guy paid cash; the cashier took the money, gave him change and then ran to the back to put in another pizza in the oven and then ran back to start cutting pizzas. HE NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS NOR TOOK OUR ORDERS. He continues to cut pizzas and the couple ahead of me and I decided to leave. When people in the parking lot saw us leaving; I think they got suspicious so I saw a couple more people leave too.
#1 poor customer service- I saw 3 people working in the back and 1 should’ve came right away to take our orders. We waited an average of 12 minutes and no one ever helped or approached me or the couple ahead of me.
#2 COVID- they should have stricter rules on hand washing and disinfecting. Cross contamination!
#3 weak management- people train your staff on time management and customer service. They shouldn’t let the phone ring over and over; they shouldn’t loose clients because of their poor customer skills
Hopefully management is able to read this and implement better policies, procedures and guidelines to their employees.
