I don’t give my business to little cesars anymore because they never have pizzas, as they say “hot n ready”. They make them when you order them. I stop in here on the way home to pick up something quick. That’s FALSE ADVERTISING. I could make food at home in 15 minutes, its about time and their slogan claims the pizza is ready. And its not just this one its all of the locations.

A Saturday night regular. I order on the app and try to arrive at the time the pizza is supposed to be ready, not earlier. Pizza prices are good and the pizzas are consistent. Look for deals when ordering on the app.

Made an online order. I received the wrong order and they refused to remake the order until I placed yet another order online, not once offering to refund me. Nobody is helpful, they ignore the customers, and they have endless attitudes. Whole place needs to be fired.

This place is extremely understaffed or poorly managed. I ordered a regular pizza and it took them 50 minutes to get me my order, didn’t even warn me of the wait. A guy walked in after I ordered and he got his 3 customized orders before me. I even asked why it was taking so long and they just said “Online orders have priority”. Don’t ever order here In person unless you want to wait close to an hour.

I’ve gone to this Little Caesars about 5-6 times now. Last night I got out of work late and was craving Little Caesars so I decided to call and ordered. My call went through 2 times and the phone rang and rang but no one answered. Finally, I arrived to Little C’s. I was the 3rd in line. The 2 people ahead of me told me that they had been waiting there for over 5 minutes to place their orders but no one was coming to the cashier. About 5 minutes later, the guy cutting the pizzas came to the front and sold a pepperoni pizza to the 1st guy in line. The guy paid cash; the cashier took the money, gave him change and then ran to the back to put in another pizza in the oven and then ran back to start cutting pizzas. HE NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS NOR TOOK OUR ORDERS. He continues to cut pizzas and the couple ahead of me and I decided to leave. When people in the parking lot saw us leaving; I think they got suspicious so I saw a couple more people leave too.

This location is suffering from blatant lack of staff. They need to hire 2 more people so you don’t have to stand there for 10 minutes while they ignore you. Absolutely horribly managed. The owners must not care because there’s plenty of evidence in these reviews. I’ve currently waited 40 minutes for an order of crazy bread and it’s still not done. No pizzas mind you, just ONE order of crazy bread.

Good pizza for the time that it takes. However, I recommend ordering a “Hot and Ready” pizza as the workers (especially after 4:00 P.M. and in the summer) are usually teenagers who don’t focus very much on the job at hand, leading to an excessively long wait. All in all, not the best service, but the pizza is good and it usually comes fairly quickly most of the time.
