This is a new location in 1446 Chestnut St Orangeburg SC. It was clean and very busy. I went during lunchtime between 12-2. I purchased a mini sub #13 on Rosemary garlic bread. There was a woman making sure everyone was ok. She was very attentive to the needs of each customer. The employees were friendly and handled preparing my food with care.

I was so impressed with this location. I came in with my husband on a busy Sunday afternoon during the lunch rush. And they handled it with such grace and efficiency without making you feel like you didnt matter. I ordered gluten-free, and they thoroughly cleaned everything, changed gloves, and knives. The standards for gluten free is top-notch, and they followed the instructions to the letter. I appreciated their friendly demeanor, and we will definitely be back! Thank you for being such an excellent example of good service

I usually come here in the mornings, but over the past few weeks I’ve noticed a big difference. The atmosphere isn’t the same, and some of the good workers who used to be there aren’t anymore. The glass was very dirty during my last visit, and I wasn’t given as much meat as I normally receive.
When I first started coming, it felt welcoming and the staff had great attitudes. I especially appreciated the girl who used to work the meat slicer, she was always friendly and consistent, and I would even tip her.
Now, the manager has a sarcastic and unpleasant attitude that really brings down the experience. It’s also not as busy as it used to be, which says a lot. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t feel the same anymore. 5/10

Very nice staff. I gave a tip to one the managers name Mya. They are very friendly joking making people feel welcomed. One day I came in it was only three workers and they were working hard it was busy a lot of online orders she was the manager on duty and handled it. They clean down very nicely. My favorite is the 13 with rosemary Parmesan bread. Clean establishment and fast in and out on certain days that’s about it.

Every time I call ahead to get a chicken philly for some reason, they don’t comprehend, and I end up with a beef philly everytime! I just left from there and the lady that had to remake the sandwich gave me nothing but an attitude! I paid for extra cheese yet I didn’t receive extra cheese! She also did not put the mayonnaise on there that I requested! A bunch of bread and barely any meat! The remade sandwich was just rushed and made with attitude! I can’t afford to waste almost $21! So I just asked for a refund . I was so excited for the OB location! But honestly, I’ll only eat jersey Mike’s if it’s in a different city. This one lacks comprehension skills!

Everything was so good and fresh!!! I was glad I decided to try them. The only thing I didn’t like was that the guy that slices the meat and cheese had his gloves on and was eating something from the grill area with the same gloves on that he was slicing the meats and cheeses. The staff was friendly and spoke as soon as I entered. I will be back.

I noticed that when preparing a sub, the worker put the sub bread directly on the metal countertop instead of placing paper under it. I watched several subs being prepared Also worker ate a few slices of deli slices while preparing sandwich.
The workers were all very friendly.
But the hygiene issues trouble me a lot.

During the snow storm I sent my boyfriend out for a sub but it definitely wasn’t what I ordered but I knew it may have been because of the storm either way there was an employee I believe her name was Jazmaine she was SO SWEET about everything once I came back and explained what happened. She offered a remake with no questions asked. Thank you Jazmaine.
