Food was great, but our drinks were flat. So we asked for a different kind of soda, that was flat as well. Too much ice for a hot soda. For being a Saturday evening not many customers at all. So the waitress started mopping as we were eating, leaving us to call it a night.

First time at PC’s today for lunch, it was a good first impression. They have the best chicken nachos I have had in Santa Fe yet! We also had the chicarron burrito and the combination plate (chile on the side), both were good. The sopapillas are the not that good though, very bready. The prices are comparable to other places around town, but the portions of food are a bit larger. Definitely a place where the locals go, and it will be a go to for New Mexican food for us.

This is a landmark local restaurant that serves authentic New Mexican cuisine. It’s in our working class neighborhood and the vibe is of old friends, family, and acquaintances. Good quality, homey, and comfort food. Great service and management. Try some of the chips, salsa, and guacamole to start. You won’t regret it. Also, I need to add that it’s a good value in this day and age. Long live PCs !

I liked the margaritas because I had a hard time totaling my bill. I was happy with top shelf margaritas and carnitas. The sopapillas were good to mop up the juices. Don’t be fooled if you order the red sauce. It’s hot. I enjoyed the restaurant and its adjacent location to my hotel.

PC’s is a great restaurant to enjoy great, authentic New Mexican food. There are tables for smaller groups and larger tables set up for larger groups. The beverages, except the coffee, come in large cups and taste good. The coffee tastes good. There is a wide variety of foods to choose from. The atmosphere is comfy and there are TV’s in the bar section so you can watch sporting events. The only thing I think needs a little improvement is the service. Our server seemed overwhelmed as the restaurant was short-staffed.

I ordered the burrito & my wife had some cheese enchiladas, both with red & green chile. Both are some of the hottest we’ve had in Santa Fe, but incredibly flavorful. They have wonderful staff here also and this is definitely on our list to visit again when we return to SF!

My daughter and I went to lunch yesterday and it was horrible first I asked for a red enchiladas with an egg got green ok waitress took it back brought me a red in like 2 minutes which took 45 minutes to get the green tortillas were hard and egg was just moved from green to red disgusting then my daughter ordered a chicken quesedia got just a cheese waitress took that back cook worked really hard he threw chicken on top and sent it out no sopapillas which come with plate I was so disappointed and disgusted nobody came out to apologize or offer anything else I will never go there again
