I went here to order me a breakfast sandwich before my hair appointment. There was a homeless man begging people for money so I ordered him a sandwich as well.
They told me it would take 10 minutes. I waited 25 minutes. I asked the young lady in the front to separate the orders so he will have his own bag, Only for them to then give my sandwich to the homeless man and gave me his sandwich. I asked them to make me a new sandwich because he opened it and had his fingers in it and he realized he had the wrong sandwich too and asked for a different sandwich. They proceeded to tell me that they will make us new sandwich don’t worry about it. They will take care of it.
As I’m watching them, the older woman I’m not sure if she’s the owner or the head cook, but she proceeded to say I can’t keep making sandwiches over. They brought me back a sandwich and I told the girl I said this foil doesn’t look new, This looks like y’all put the other sandwich in the foil. She said no they made you a new sandwich so I opened the at the counter, only to see that they gave me the sandwich that the homeless man had his fingers in .I asked her could I get a new sandwich the lady who was cooking got upset and I said never mind I want a refund
I was given a refund, never got to experience the the food or did I get any breakfast before my hair appointment.
I should’ve got a new sandwich. I wasn’t the one who’s mixed up the orders.

Got the completely wrong order several times, im starting to think they dont pay attention to the order details at all. Also I found either mold or lint in my ice coffee it ruined the whole order for us, and we spent over $35. You would expect some type of geniune care/ customer service

Came here for a Memorial Day breakfast. Got the triple berry short stack of pancakes and a side of turkey links and fried eggs. Was very good and just what I wanted. Staff was very nice, patient (they were slammed for the holiday) and cool — I sat at the counter and chatted with the workers. Will def visit again!

Ok yall so I should’ve read reviews before I even ordered from here but I didn’t smh that’s def my fault. But on the other hand I ordered my food at 1:38pm today and it got to me at 2:44pm a whole hour and 6 mins. The crazy part is it’s just a platter of bacon eggs and home fries nothing else. Food came ridiculously cold. I ordered the big back platter they have on the physical menu but doesn’t have it on the website which I found weird. On the physical menu it’s $12.99 when I ordered over the phone for delivery. Delivery came at 2:44pm and the platter is $15.99 on receipt. False advertisement right there. The big back platter comes with 2 of everything except eggs that comes 3. I ordered my meats as bacon and sausage I got a stack of bacon smh. No sausages. All in all food is tremendously cold. And I was so hungry looking forward to eating it too oh and it’s not worth $15.99 either. Especially if they mess up the orders constantly.
