UPDATE: Keith, the manager, called and emailed me the very next day after I posted this review. I am adding a star as a result. He handled the matter appropriately and demonstrated the qualities of a professional and effective store leader. I did emphasize to Keith that I don’t know what the employee may be going through, and my intention was simply to bring the situation to his attention. He did not make excuses but was also compassionate, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about his employees and wants the best for his store. Writing a review really can help managers support their teams, so I encourage others not to write this store off if they have less-than-perfect experience.




Overall, I would typically rate this location five stars. The food is consistently good, ambiance is nice, and the majority of the team provides friendly and efficient service. While there have been a few occasions where my order was incorrect, even after being remade, I understand that mistakes can happen.

That said, I do want to address a recent service issue that was disappointing. During a recent visit, my partner and I were assisted by a staff member named Shelby (red hair, mentioned only in case she was ringing under a different name). Her demeanor was noticeably unprofessional and unwelcoming. She appeared visibly irritated, was abrupt in her interactions, and handled items roughly, such as slamming cups, which made us uncomfortable as customers.

We frequent this location approximately four times a week, and after this interaction, my partner returned on a separate day and experienced the same attitude. Given how often we visit and how much we generally enjoy this location, this was particularly disappointing. In fact, we found ourselves questioning whether we had done anything wrong during the ordering process due to the negative reaction we received.

Because this is a small community with many regular customers who value this Jimmy John’s, consistent and respectful customer service is especially important. For this reason, I am adjusting my rating to three stars. I hope this feedback is received in the spirit intended, to help improve the customer experience and support staff development moving forward.

I ordered a JJBLT. No mayo no tomato add onions and avocado. Instead of putting no tomato they put no mayo twice. So my sub had tomato on it. I am allergic tomatoes so I couldn’t eat it. If I were making a sandwich and saw 2 no mayo on the slip I would question it. We should be able to see what they actually typed in before the order is made so it can be prevented.

We ordered for delivery. They said 20 minutes. Called an hour later. We never received are order. They said they delivered it. I said we never received the food. I asked for a credit. Keith a manager hung up on me immediately. I called back and he said its not there responsibility. Someone must have stole it because the delivery driver said they rang the bell. Ive been sitting by the door the entire time. No one pulled up and no one rang the bell. The food was never delivered! I have a 27.00 charge and no food and they are refusing to credit. Complaint filed with corporate. Asked the manager his name. He said Keith and then said I could use it all day long. Rudest customer service ever.

This has happened to me twice now. I order food around 4:50. It said out for delivery at 4:58, and being that my place is within 10 minutes of the store I was getting a little concerned when minute 25 came and went. I checked the tracker, and it said my food had been delivered. I opened my door there it was sitting there. No knock nothing. I had specifically asked them in delivery instructions to knock after the last time this happened. The food had clearly been sitting there for a minute as the sandwich was not fresh at all. It was a weird luke warm temperature like everything had warmed slightly while waiting at the door, and the mayo was starting to soak into the bread. Jimmy John’s used to be great, but im utterly disappointed lately.

Moved to town within the last three months and have become a regular customer at the establishment with a very consistent order of the hunters club with extra of my favorite toppings

Since I started coming here, they have hands-down become my favorite Jimmy John’s of all time every time they fulfill my needs, no hassle and amazing customer service with a friendly atmosphere.

Typical Jimmy John fare. Even though I was standing there, they got my order WRONG! Went to get some extra napkins and didn’t see them making my sandwich. Asked for NO MAYO . Order taker confirmed it. When they handed me my sandwich, I asked, “No mayo?” The person who handed me the sandwich said, yes. When I opened my sandwich the next day for lunch, guess what. Huge slather of mayo! Had to scrape off the mayo including the lettuce and tomato! What has happened to quality control and customer service???

Not a lot options for a quick bite in Chippewa. Thank Goodness there’s a Jimmy John’s. The place is as packed, but they aren’t kidding around when they say “freaky fast”. Card reader was down, but thankfully they had Apple Pay™️. Subs weren’t bad.

Ordered pick up. Followed instructions to a T. Saw them using gloves while preparing food as I pulled up. You’d be surprised how many people don’t wear gloves or forget to. I ordered a BLT add onion with no tomato, jalapeño chips, a pickle & a Diet Coke. The only thing I was surprised by was the sandwich is cold. That’s how it’s meant to be & it wasn’t any less delicious though. Store was clean, food was prompt, & staff were friendly. I gave four stars because I reserve 5 stars for places that go above & beyond in all aspects.

So I came in and got 3 sandwiches. One was a BLT got it home and it was the bread and 3 pieces of bacon. Guess they can’t figure out what BLT stands for. Cost $25 for 3 sandwich’s left 15% tip ask the guy if he could put it in the bag. Guess not he tossed the bag at me. Plenty of other places to eat.

I ordered 1 sandwich via the app because I was running late and needed to get a quick lunch. Needless to say there wasn’t much for quick involved. I got to the store 10+ minutes after placing my order even though my order still didn’t show it was ready. I waited in the store for anouther 10+ minutes and no update. Meanwhile people walking in off the street were placing orders and getting their sandwiches before mine was ready. 35 minutes after placing my order I walked up to the counter and they got my order for me. The team has got to do better than that. I know it was Friday and at lunch but the first in first out ordering system needs to be evaluated at this location for app orders. The sandwich was delicious and the new toasted option is great.
