The employee working the drive thru this morning needs to get a different job because she really doesn’t want to be working. She just kept saying, “is that all” even though we were trying to order multiple items. She wouldn’t let us customize our item even though the coupon had choices of meat on the coupon. When we drove up to pay, she was no where to be seen and finally emerged from the back on her phone and still did not come to the window toto take our money. When she finally came over I asked about bacon and not sausage and she told me we couldn’t customize my sandwich even though the coupon has 3 choices. I tried to explain that i can’t eat sausage and needed the bacon, she still refused to make an adjustment. Although our food was ready by that time, we didn’t pay and drove away to another location a mile away and got everything the way we wanted it.

Almost a new year.
I stopped in this evening and tried the new bacon melt.
I thought it was pretty good.
Stopped in and noticed the Whopper meal price is $16 and some change.

Stopped in today to try their new honey glazed wrap. No tomatoes.
I haven’t eaten it yet.
But here is what it looks like.

I had a frustrating experience earlier in the day when my food was made wrong and the person I spoke with on the phone was rude. I was really upset — until I went back and saw Yuvia, someone I’ve known at this location for years.
I was shaking when I explained what happened, but before I could even finish, she was already remaking my entire order — no hesitation, no excuses. She even tossed the messed-up burger right in the trash and personally brought the corrected order out to my car.
Yuvia is a rare kind of employee: kind, professional, fast, and she cares. She remembered me, remembered my order, and turned around my whole weekend. I honestly miss her even when I go to the BK closer to my house. You’re lucky to have her — she’s someone who makes Burger King worth returning to.
If anyone at corporate is reading this: please recognize her. You’d be smart to clone her.

Prices go up, quality goes down. I used a coupon today, got two burgers that turned out to be mayo sandwhices. I mean it was disgusting. my son and I refused to eat it. After a bit of i through it in the trash. Fries cold, hard. Sometimes this place is on point, great fries, but that’s like 20% of the time. Most of the time I go here the fries are garbage. Today the sandwhich was vile. It took me awhile to pinpoint the problem: the vegtables were old. The tomato was all stringy and unchewable. Then the mayo. This sandwhich had so much mayo it was dripping in it. The bread was soaked with their mayo sauce to the point of being soggy and falling apart. Ugh. I just spent $27 for garbage. Now I have to go someplace else and spend more or I have to cook a meal which I don’t have time for. Guys/Gals why are we putting up with this? They are charging more, giving us less. Stop going to this place for one month and maybe that will entice them to get back on track.

The hate for burger king needs to be studied. The conditioning to like McDonald’s is not it. Good burger, good fries, good nuggets. There is a commercial that shows the burger getting moldy. Things that can mold are things that are made natural. I have never seen mold grow on a McDonald’s burger. If you love life, try burger king.

If you use a coupon, give the code when you order. We said we had a coupon at order, gave the coupon with our card, lady took it and didn’t include it. We noticed when waiting for food in front. The lady says she never got one and pretends to look around. They should have drive thru ask for the code at order. 1 star for their lack of honesty. Good thing the whopper tastes decent.
