Hard to get someone’s attention to take your order. College kids running the place. The bathroom had no paper towels. Floor is pretty nasty. Looks like a food fight just happened with fries and stuff on The floor. The burger was pretty tiny for a $12+. At least they give you a lot of fries. Too bad they were cold.

Today a couple of my Commissioners dine in at Oxford Burger Company.
I ordered a cheese burger with everything plus mayo, mustard, and extra onions along with fries and a drink.
Well, when I received my food the burger seemed to have been botched on one side missing the meat and it was burned up. The fries were old, limped, and cold.
I took my food back to the counter and showed the cashier. She simply just took the tray back wirh NO, I’m sorry or anything with a bad attitude.
She brought the food back out with no apologize and sat the tray down.
My burger didn’t have everything on like I ordered and the burger was so thin and the fries looked like they just refried them.
Oxgord Burger Company, your food, staff, and customer service is NOT worth the money or my time….
Oh, management please instruct your staff not to eat in the kitchen area so customers can’ see them doing it. Its not good practice or healthy to do so.
Its sad when you have to pay for bad attitude and bad food….
I would appreciate a response from Management…

Good burgers at great price! The grilled chicken club with honey mustard and Swiss cheese is fire!! If you don’t like natural fries the tots are great. Service was quick and they were nice 5 stars! I would’ve taken a pic of the food but we ate it too quick!

Burger was unseasoned burnt and maybe close to back yard burger quality ordered Cajun fries and unless the picked the potatoes in the bayou they was plain fries not even salted. Stunk in there and looked sad if this is the top burger spot in oxford there standards are low

Here you will find a place that has many good burger options. From Mac and cheese burger to peanut butter burger, Oxford Burger Co. has different options to choose from. I have been twice. I got the bacon jam burger and the cheddar burger I believe. The staff are pretty nice. They have the freestyle coke machine. It’s a very cool place to hangout with friends on a Friday night!

The OBC Bacon Jam burger was tasty but some of my burger was still mooing. Not okay. Daughter had the Mac Attack which is a Mac n cheese burger; said it was just elbow macaroni and cheese sauce…no flavor. Sweet potato fries were decent. What got me was no sauce was offered for fries, so I asked for ranch for us both, the lady rolled her eyes and made a rude comment about only having 2 hands. Then said she’d have to ring up the less than half full sauce cups, okay I said. $2.73!! And she was rude as she took my money. That’s the last of my dollars they’ll be getting. If u don’t want to be in the service industry, just don’t. I was very kind.

Had a party of 3 people. The first 2 orders came out. Typically, the staff is bringing the next plate over. Well, that wasn’t the case. The last person waiting for their order didn’t receive it till everyone else had basically finished their food. Also, I got the wrong burger but didn’t make a fuss I just ate it. The last person that waited long ordered cajun fries. But received regular. After waiting that long they still couldn’t double check the order to make sure it’s correct.
There was never any apologies – sorry for the wait or sorry for messing up 2 orders. Nothing.
This was all after my husband decided to tip. I suggest you don’t tip them till they get their act together.
