Hubby and I decided to try for the first time. At first we thought it was closed, however, when we opened the door they were open for business. Our server Robbie was absolutely amazing, friendly and professional. He took his time to offer premier service. The food was delicious and flavorful. Will be a do over.

This place was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Atmosphere was great. The food was on point cooked to perfection. Presentation was great. Gave 4 stars on service, because though our server was great – our server was also the hostess, the bartender, the waitress and possibly the cook. Water refills and entrees took a little longer than expected. lt was mid day on a Saturday, maybe understaffed, but if this can be addressed it would have been PERFECT!

Place is nice and clean. We were greeted with a smile. Music brought me back to my younger years. I asked my party if they liked their food and they said it was pretty good. My food was good as well/I added a little salt to my meats (a preference thing) but it was cooked how I like it. Even the Ceasar salad was good. That baked sweet potato though…mmm mmm mmm…it was delish and it was my favorite dish. I was celebrating my 45th and was given ice cream. I would come back to try other dishes.

I liked the Ovation restaurant. The food was good and came out very timely and visually looking good. I had the Diablo Del Mar with a spicy siracha sauce with the salmon and my wife had the chicken ovation. My diablo was supposed to be spicy, and it did have a little kick of spiciness and the salmon was cooked just right. It would have been perfect with a little more seasoning on the salmon, but it was still good. Wifey like her chicken ovation, it was tasty also with a lot of color. I think the chicken could have had a little more char on it and a little more seasoning but that could be subjective, so I am still rating it very good. I would recommend Ovation and I will return also to try the steak in the future.

Terrible experience. Drove 35 minutes for the smoked prime rib special that I had called for shortly before arriving, come to find out It had been sold out already for an hour. Ended up ordering the 16 oz ribeye. I had ordered the steak medium rare. Ended up getting it extremely rare. Unfortunately not only being severely undercooked but it was overly seasoned with black pepper to the point that was all I could taste. Ended up mentioning it to the server. She said she would let the kitchen know but nothing was ever done about it. I had ordered iced tea with my meal after the first glass. I was notified by the server that the kitchen had dumped out the remaining iced tea so I would have to order something else as my beverage. The house salad that was ordered with my meal was supposed to have apple balsamic vinaigrette dressing. It came out with no dressing at all. Had to sit and wait till the server came back to be able to get the dressing to accompany my salad. Overall, I feel the quality of the meal, especially the steak was not worth the cost. Very disappointed.

Ordered a Cobb Salad with crispy chicken for $16.99. What I received was a plate of lettuce with red pepper and tortilla chips. No egg. no bacon…Our server (Brian) was great but food quality terrible. My wife got French onion soup with Caesar salad (which was made twice) Atmosphere is like a 1980’s fern bar. I suggest the “chef” take a trip to the Ale House so they can properly show how to make a real Cobb salad.

The service here was absolutely awesome! The waitress was multitasking like no other. Very informative and knowledgeable of all items on the menu. The first time here and one of my favorite restaurants thus far. Drove up from Sarasota to join friends and was worth the drive. The food was absolutely delicious as well. And, environment very pleasant and professionally well designed. Lastly, the management team was very nice and polite. Will definitely be back to the Lakeland location.

Place is very cozy staff if very welcoming , our server Karen was great knowledgeable and friendly. Food was good was our first time there and we will definitely come back for another meal. The only take away was the beer flights if they came on a rack and not just drinking glasses the presentation would be more of a wow factor for the customers. The beer choices were good! Overall great food and service.

From the moment we walked in, Tiffany greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. She was knowledgeable about the menu and provided great recommendations, and was always attentive to our needs without being intrusive.
