Ordered their sirloin, blackened.. Never had an issue before.. But this one came out tasting like natural gas or burned plastic. Had an awful smell too. Ruined my apetite. Daughters joey steak was so chewy, I had trouble cutting it with a steak knife. Not sure what happened to outback, but quality has gone down hill.. Staff was very nice though, and the only reason it was not 1 *

DONT COME HERE!
Came on a Saturday at 7 pm. The server was great , the food was awful. AWFUL, I ordered the 6 oz sirloin with fries and potato soup. The soup tasted watered down, and the streak worst steak I have ever eaten like no lie it was unseasoned and it looked and tasted old. The fries were good though.

Service was good. This place has a very Keto friend menu so this has become a favorite. Instead of a loaded baked potato, get loaded broccoli!!

I have a serious gluten sensitivity, so I really appreciated the gluten free menu, but the service at this particular outback was very slow, even when the place was nearly empty. Our waitress was the bartender, and even though she was friendly, we kept having to ask for condiments or other things several times before they came. The steak and gluten free brownie was awesome, though, so what else can I say..

Service was great. Was wary after seeing other reviews. Our bartender was very friendly and attentive, food arrived in a reasonable time and tasted good. Honestly was the best experience I’ve ever had at an Outback. Only knock was it was fairly pricey. 100 bucks for the two of us for dinner and a drink.

Terrible service, when asked if we were ready to order, we said no and weren’t asked if we would like to start appetizers. Upon bringing us our drinks we ordered our food and a blooming onion. We’re were brought the blooming onion after about 5 or so minutes and proceeded to wait 35 minutes for our entrees. Which tasted fine. But we were just done being there we hurried and paid the check. I specifically asked if there was a military discount before placing my card in waiters hand. As I sat in my car I checked my bank account statement and realized I had been charged twice. When I went back in to ask why I was charged twice he replied oh I meant to run it as military but I thought I canceled it. I won’t be going back. I’m a little irritated I can’t rate this less than one star.

The food is great but the service always lacks. Try greeting your guests with a gesture or hello instead of making them feel like they are an inconvenience while they wait. So many times we have tried and still the same result. I don’t blame the staff and instead blame the management for not training the staff to have a sense of urgency. Sorry Outback but you could be so much better! For the record I worked at an Outback years ago so I guess I just know what your capabilities are. Good luck!

I came with low expectations, as I’m not a huge fan of chain steakhouses. The service was ok and I wish they had been running the AC, but this was one of the best steak dinners I’ve had in years. Perfectly cooked and seasoned just all-around amazing!
