We shared a rib and steak. The steak was too under cooked for me but my husband liked it. The ribs were delicious. Had mashed potatoes and gravy that was really great. Service was very fast. It was not too busy so we got right in. Prices were fine but that is because we always share now. We don’t eat as much anymore so we share now. We shared the cheese fries too and they were very good.

My husband and I were visiting Flagstaff from Prescott and hadn’t been to Outback for far too long. We arrived 1 hr before close and were hurrying to consider our order. Kylie was so accommodating and let us take our time to order. The dragonfruit margarita was fabulous. My husband got the Crocktail and he loved the crocodile included with it. The Bloomin’ Onion was crispy and flavorful, the wedge was cold with crisp lettuce and the perfect amount of toppings. I thoroughly enjoyed the coconut shrimp. My husband was very pleased with the Lobster tails and sweet potato.
Kylie was very attentive and made us feel welcomed even being we arrived so close to closing time. We appreciate the great service and delicious food. Greatly appreciate a fabulous experience after not being able to visit for so long!

On Feb. 16, 2026 we were traveling from Mississippi, leaving a Celebration of Life, heading back to California and needed a good solid meal. We saw Outback in Flagstaff Arizona and decided we wanted to try a steak. We dined in and ordered steak/lobster and steak/ shrimp! It was absolutely wonderful! Our server was excellent in every way, going the extra mile! He helped us by looking up directions to locate a nearby hotel.
The next morning after we had left the area, we realized 2 hours up the road that we had left keys at the restaurant while dining the night before. We called the restaurant and was connected to the manager Tom, who was very warm and caring showing empathy in my concern. When asked how could we get money to him to FedEx the keys to California, he said “no charge, a courtesy to the customer”. My heart rejoiced at receiving the extra special act of kindness from Outback. Wow! Thank you! We will be certain next time we are in your area to stop in. Even in our area here on the California Central Coast, we will be patronizing Outback in Santa Maria California! We shall never forget the great meal, great service, and great act of kindness you showed during our travel. Thank you for your help in making our trip a blessing!

High prices small portions. Almost $5.00 for a normal drink. Food was good. Just over priced compared to other places you can go. Bread was good.

Her over-the-top-service and attentiveness were exceptional… so memorable, that we will be sure to ask for her by name anytime.we are back in town.
We also had the great pleasure of talking with the restaurant’s manager, Exavier. He came to our table to ascertain our level of satisfaction with all aspects of our dining experience this evening. We could quickly see zhat Exavier’s focus was on helping to ensure that our experience was up to the highest standards of the Outback Restaurant operational protocol.
His exemplary commitment to further ensuring that our “down under” dining experience was a “taste festival” clearly evidenced his great managerial skills in action.
We highly recommend this fine restaurant and its outstanding crew to anyone hankering for a great steak dinner… BTW… For desert, do NOT FORGET to order “Thunder From Down Under”ĺ – it is probably one of the finest brownie sundaes I’ve ever had… the chocolate ganache is outstanding, the brownie superb and this whole incredible dessert is topped with a mountain of whipped cream festooned with chocolate shavings all over this marvelous celebration for anyone who even mildly likes an after-dinner sweet treat!!!

Not only did he have amazing energy but he also provided excellent and efficient service for the table.
