Always a good time at Viddles and Joes! Greatest breakfast around! No cards but they have an ATM on site. Weekends are pretty busy and usually a little wait time but always worth it!

Was on a trip up north and stopped here to get breakfast. I was wary about going in, because I’m not from the area and I know I wasn’t the usual customer here, but despite all that hesitation I was blown away by what I thought was a silly name for a pancake.
They infused INTO the pancake, breakfast sausage and eggs. To this day I haven’t had a better pancake, or breakfast item at that. Truly stunned.
They had a little shop in the entrance, and there was so much character on the walls of the eatery ; with posters, photos, and everything else you could imagine. Even the bathroom was decked out in some cool stuff with a nautical theme.
Admittedly I didn’t really converse with the people here, but the service was serviceable. And if I ever find myself going up north again I’ll try and go get me another Hobo Pancake!!!

Stopped for breakfast with friends on the the way up north on Labor day. The place was busy. The food was amazing. The pancakes and waffles were the best we ever had. Great value. The service was great. We will definitely return to eat there again

Unique menu items and they were totally cool with all my substitutions. Loved the crispy sausage and diced green bell peppers and onions. You want coffee? They give you so many choices of creamers. Great service, but it did take 20 minutes for the food to arrive. Clean atmosphere and bathrooms. They also don’t chastise you for not wearing a mask.

Great waitress!!! Positively loved the ambience. The eggs Benedict was the best I may have ever had. Ham, hash browns, hollandaise, heaven!!!! Bacon side unbelievable!!! Established 1936, according to the vintage sign outside.

Viddles and Joe is a must-stop! Small family owned place. Their caramel rolls are my favorite. We had the pancakes and the breakfast buffet—everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Great small-town charm with friendly service. Cozy atmosphere and tasty food make it a 5-star experience! We’ll definitely be back.
