Chic-fil-a is one of the places I like the most, but don’t visit very often. Everything about their food is top notch, the service is 2nd to none in their drive thru, but the prices are very high. You get what you pay for without a doubt though.

I tried to use their online carryout system and it was a nightmare. Instead of just making your food after you order they put a hold on your bank account and don’t make your food until you arrive (something they don’t say until after you’ve ordered also making it superfluous to even order ahead). They also have so many ways to pick up your order with no explanation of how to do it and if you try to go back and check what type you picked it cancels your order. Absolutely useless and stressful.

Stopped in on our way north to grab some lunch. This, by far, was the worst Chick-fil-A we have ever eaten at. Staff was friendly, but food was barely warm, fries seemed like they had been sitting in a warmer too long, and whatever they are using to clean the tables left the table sticky. Usually, Chick-fil-A’s are 5-star, but this place 2-star was generous.

It was very busy in the Drive-Thru. I don’t really care for giving my order to someone standing next to my car as it’s difficult to navigate the menu specially for other people in the car. The young lady in training did a very good job though.
