This morning, my sister and I went to Chick-fil-A. We had a gift card from a friend, so we stopped by. There were many cars outside and lots of customers. Inside, the decor was very warm and festive. The staff were incredibly friendly. We ordered milkshakes, burgers, and chicken nuggets. They prepared our order very quickly; we only waited less than five minutes. The milkshake is my favorite; theirs is delicious and unique. The chicken nuggets were made with real, fresh chicken and tasted very good. I ordered two spicy burgers, but only one was initially given to me. I told the staff I had ordered two, and they immediately brought me another one in less than two minutes. They were very attentive and responsible. Everything was great, but the food was a little salty for those who prefer milder flavors.

This Chic-Fil-A is a gem! 95% of the time we have wonderful service, the staff are friendly, and its clean ! Our food tonight specifically was great, it was hot and fresh. The Mac n cheese was hot and creamy. 5/5!

The crew at this chic fil la was absolutely amazing. My car broke down 30 minutes before they closed and they let me and my son sit there till my husband could come help me. They where so understanding and accommodating to my rambunctious 2 year old, and he loves his new moo cow. This was an amazing change of scenery and experience from Louisville and what I was used to. The manager and staff went above and beyond for us. Thank you so so much

This is probably my favorite CFA in Indiana. It’s always bustling and the delivery is spot on every time. Today I brought some clients in for lunch and we were able to find a great table, get our food ordered and delivered quickly, and enjoy the meeting with friendly care and service from multiple team members. The food was exactly as it should be and delicious as always!

Went inside to get a milkshake today, after waiting for 17 MINUTES an associate asked what I was waiting for. I said a strawberry milkshake they went over and grabbed it, it had been sitting by the drinks for OVER 10 MINUTES, almost entirely melted… In the 17 minutes of my waiting multiple associates and managers looked at me and definitely noticed my demeanor slowly changing, but they never came to offer me assistance. focused rather on hurriedly getting the DT/ Mobile orders out. The store was only focused on those orders, that’s something I’d expect to see at a Taco Bell not CFA… as a customer I felt like my small order didn’t matter, probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a CFA. I know now not to come to this location, Very disappointing.

The focus here seems to be heavily on their admittedly very good drive through service, but the dining room suffers. This location is so popular at meal times that it means the dine-in experience is loud, chaotic, and has what feels like longer waits. Not ideal as a meet up place, but the drive-through is fine.

Stopped into Chick-fil-A today for a chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit and walked out questioning my whole belief system, because apparently breakfast comes with an existential crisis now.
Everything was great: food hot, service fast, staff on point. And while I was waiting for my order, something caught my eye that made my brain hit the loading screen. Chick-fil-A just has a way of mixing wholesome vibes with interesting little details you don’t expect during a morning food run.
Let’s just say the place had enough personality floating around to make me curious in the best way possible. Breakfast with a side of mystery? I’ll take it.
Five stars. I’ll definitely be back, mostly for the chicken, but also because apparently this Chick-fil-A doubles as a character development checkpoint.

Family friendly atmosphere. Service is fast and friendly. Dining room is clean and always in order. The food is always delicious.
Not many fast food restaurants have Service in the Dining room. Dining room Service takes your tray/trash when you are finished, offers to your table refills, while the staff is always smiling!
