Was expecting a great meal and a amazing environment. I paid 37$ and for a over seasoned steak that stole the savory juices of a medium rare. And my sweet potato looked as if it was opened by hand and crudly filled in. I almost didn’t eat it at all. Only good this was the bracualy and cheese . I will not being going back. Staff made me wait more time than I needed to order my food just cause I needed a little time. Made eye contact with manager and most serving staff. And nothing. So to ease my comfort I resorted to watching a movie. I don’t think it’s worth it. Scratch this one off your list.

Tonight we decided to visit Outback for a nice dinner, but unfortunately the experience fell short.
We were first seated at a booth that hadn’t been cleaned — the table was dirty and the seats were full of crumbs. We were moved to another table, and things seemed fine at first.
We ordered the Mozzarella Boomerang, which arrived without marinara sauce. When we asked for some, we were told they were out. We placed our entrées, and the food took quite a while to arrive. I had ordered a baked potato with extra butter, but it came with almost none. When I asked for more, I was told they were out of butter as well — which likely explains why we never received any bread.
I also ordered the Bloomin’ Burger, which arrived missing the bloomin’ petals. At the end of the meal, we waited for the cheesecake that comes with the Aussie Meal, and again had to ask about it. We were then told they were out of cheesecake, too. When we asked for dessert alternatives, the server let us know that anything else would come with an upcharge. It didn’t feel right that the restaurant was out of the included dessert, yet the cost issue fell on the customer.
I’ve always loved Outback, but this visit was disappointing. To top it off, the server mentioned that last week they had even run out of ketchup and steak sauce. Hoping this location gets things back on track.

We don’t have an Outback where we live, but we see commercials all the time, and I’m very glad we came to eat here. Staff and waitress were very attentive, and the food was delicious!! Steaks were cooked to perfection and had a lot of flavor to them. The mac n cheese is very good, too. Plates are well served. Overall we had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back.

Same problem as the entire food chain, menus with voluminous and apparently well served photos, dishes with little food. Made the experience, though tasty, frustrating! There was more fries on my plate than meat.

What can I say? The experience here was amazing! Been a long time since I have been to Outback Steakhouse and I had a blast with my family. Our waitress Mia was very attentive. She made sure that we were okay and our drinks are filled. Her personality makes me want to come back again for the summer, since I am stationed in North Carolina. The food was amazing as well and cooked perfectly.

What can I say from start to finish this experience today was impeccably five star perfection. Lorenzo was just top-notch nothing but perfection from that server!! Every cocktail was made with perfection, every cocktail was made with love, and every cocktail was made fresh shaken, not stirred by Lorenzo garnishment was added to my drink as the way the photos were in your menu!!
The bread was nice and warm and the butter precariously melted to perfection, the Sydney shrooms were so flavorful that ranch dressing could use a little more thickness, but other than that so good!! I was going to order a steak, but I decided to order something smaller like your outback burger. I ordered the steak medium came out to medium well but it was still nice and juicy. The cheese was missing but Lorenzo so kindly took it back and had them take care of that for me.!! Lorenzo took care of that pretty quickly , and he also took care of the floor and the bar top in such a quick manner that nothing could have stood the test of time!!!
Another thing that I want to touch base on is the cleanliness of the bar and the whole establishment and the cleanliness of the way your bartender Lorenzo runs his bar. Everything was handled with care every time he used ice he used his tin, every time he needed fruit he used his tongs and closed the fruit bin as to not attract fruit flies!! And unlike other places if the health inspector was to walk in, I would expect 100 from you guys.!!!!
Hands-down to Victoria, the supervising manager on duty on a very well ran, clean, well staffed A team shift today!!!

We decided to have dinner around 7ish. We ordered 1 steak and a burger. It took over 30 minutes. The restaurant was not packed or full. Our baked potatoes were cold. We asked for them to be heated. The waitress said she would bring new ones. After 10 minutes we asked for a manager. He took another 5 minutes then emerges with our potatoes. We explain everything and even that now our steaks were cold. He’s smiling and responds with “mhm, well there are 2 big parties here” and “Can I get you anything else?” No apology. So apparently if they have a big party they can’t serve any other table a hot steak and side. Too much to ask for. So disappointed.

Came for an early dinner to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from BMT. Mindy was our server and she was amazing. Super pleasant and attentive. Every table she went to she always upbeat! I work in hospitality and she is something special! Food was great, served fast. My daughter got to pick a free dessert to celebrate! They also have her a nice card! Way to go Mindy & Outback!

The bathroom was very dirty and unpleasant to be in. White mold that has been sitting for a long time that looks like residue on the counter tops of the bathroom. Our dining table was not wiped down prior to seating. There were food stains on the small plates. Food was good. Waiter was good. But restaurant was nasty to be in.
