We had a very wonderful experience!!! Seth was our server and he was amazing!!! The food was great and the environment was nice and laid back. We will surely be back to eat and ask for Seth if he is working!!! Thank you Outback!!!

Everyone working at this restaurant is working hard, and clearly bridging the gap with not enough staff offering the same high level of service. Wait time for bread / drinks/ check were a little long, but understandable. Our server did a great job and was so patient with my little one, even bringing extra coloring pages for her. Food was acceptable but not the best. The steaks and veggies were overseared and a bit chewy. My $10 cocktail tasted like fruit juice. However, it was late in the evening, super busy and staff were working their tails off.

Would not recommend Outback Steakhouse we ordered to go the other night and all the food seemed so old and none of it was appetizing. The steak was fatty and the mash potatoes were soured and not to mention we paid for loaded mash potatoes and didn’t even receive the loaded items. And I ordered broccoli with cheese and it did not look like cheese as you will see in the picture. Needless to say I did not touch the broccoli it seems litterally like days old and I’m sure it was.

Me, my husband, and my oldest daughter ate here on a quick shopping trip to Hot springs and the service was amazing. Price was on the expensive side but we did order an appetizer, steak and lobster, and my husband got margaritas. His favorite was the watermelon. Had to send my steak back because it was still bloody when it was supposed to be barely pink and had to have another burger made for my daughter because they put the wrong stuff on it. But everything was good in the end.

Love! Our bartender/waitress Hannah she is above and beyond the best in Hot Springs that I have encountered. She made sure we never had a low glass and that our food was delivered in the proper order (as in our apps came.out well before our main course). Amazing customer service you nailed it Hannah! Food was fresh and cooked to perfection. Will be returning!!

This used to be our to go to restaurant but we haven’t been since May 2021! We thought we would give it one more try today. The restaurant was not busy at all. The service absolutely sucked. This is coming from someone that never leaves reviews. The poor folks that were behind us in a booth when we got here got paid for their drinks & left! Because after being here 30 minutes their order was never taken. We typically go to Tx Roadhouse but wanted something different today. We won’t make that mistake again. Outback Hot Springs do better start with a manager that stay on top of their team.

Been here twice in 3 years and they cannot seem to find good management. There is never a hostess at the front, you will always wait at least 5 min before getting seated. Then you will not get a waiter/waitress for at least another 10 minutes. The business is ran poorly. I would not recommend this location if you want good service in a timely manner. Not trying to be a Karen but not everyone has and hour and a half to sit and eat.
