Jules was our waitress and was AMAZING from the time they sat us to the minute we left. The steaks were done perfectly as ORDERED and the Trio appetizer was the perfect amount for 4 people so you didn’t get too full. From the appetizer to the salad to the meal was the perfect amount of food. Definitely recommend this Kenwood location!

Food was average, and the service was average. It was a challenge for me to get my drink refilled, but it’s also possible that there were simply not enough people handling all the tables. The bathrooms were an absolute disaster. I know that’s an odd thing to note in these reviews, but I feel most people go to the restroom after eating and it’s important that those actually feel put together.

To start off with I realize this was Valentines day that’s why the star are not lower. We seated at the bar the bar tender was Friendly but slow. We sat down and placed an order fir blooming onion. It was delicious. We next played our order for our meal. The couple next to use who came after us got thier salad and I didn’t so I asked about my salad. The bar tender had to check on it. It was soon delivered after he checked on it. 3 more couples sat down at the bar in the meantime. My wife an I continued to wait for our food. The four couples who sat down before us were served thier food. I asked about our food (45 min to an hour after sitting down) I ask the bar tender to check on our food. Our food was finally served. The 8oz steak I order looked more like 6oz you be the judge I took a picture of it. I ordered it med well, it looked more med rare to me. I was just disappointed in our visit today.

The 6oz. sirloin was tender and juicy. It tasted really good. The atmosphere was upbeat. It was busy with several celebrations. It has good lighting and is colorful producing good energy. The pricing is real affordable with meat with two sides under $20.00. It was genuine, attentive, timely service.

My name is Georgia I want to tell you what a wonderful young lady Maria Murillo is. She was so kind and patient with me trying to order for my sister’s Birthday. She help me and made suggestions about the food . Just awesome young lady. Now let me tell you about the lady that was there who was rude kept running her back and forth all while Maria helping me answering the phone and catering to lady who really should not be able to come back after almost running her over in parking lot. Maria is truly a wonderful young lady!!! I guess Christmas time brings out the crazy people!! Again Maria thank you and your managers name which I did not get is also wonderful and all about making the customer happy!!! Happy Holidays to all service people who have to deal with the crazy public this time of year!!!! I would like to add megans name who was the lovely manger who was so helpful and awesome as well.

We had dinner here today with a party of four. I had the ribs, mash potatoes and a caesar’s salad. My wife had the wings and a salad. The others had steaks (No complaints and they ate all their food). My meal and my wife’s were pretty good, better than I expected. Our server Hailey was very good and she managed several large tables at the same time. The restaurant was clean and everyone was friendly. We hope to return.

The value for the price is seriously lacking. Yes, the two of us had drinks, an appetizer, and meals. $100 for a poor-quality, tasteless steak, a loaded baked potato that was anything but loaded, expensive drinks, and butter for the bread that didn’t look or taste like butter.
On the upside, the baby back ribs were prepared properly, fell off the bone, and were generally what one would expect. Service was above average with pleasant employees.
There are just too many other options around the area that offer better value and better food.

As soon as we walked in the restaurant, we could smell a sewage odor near the front door/hostess stand. We were meeting family there from out of town so we decided to stay anyway. My sister and niece said the restroom smelled horrible. The food was ok. Nothing special. Peyton was our server and he was great. We definitely will not eat here again.

Drinks, appetizers, and bread came quickly. The main course took forever. Kitchen and waiters seem understaffed. Dining room has empty seats but still having a 15 minute wait for a party of 3. Almost impossible to get a drink refill and the on table call screen did not work for asking for a refill.

Their food is so good. The staff there are amazing. My friends and I meet there every chance we get and Outback Steakhouse never disappoints. Plenty of menu items to choose from.
