Overall the staff is very helpful and food is always great. I work at the tractor supply office right down the street and my order is always ready for pick up when I arrive. The store itself is very clean overall and the outside is well kept. If you try to place an order for pickup avoid busy hours they have 3-5 people working but due to the location they have a lot of businesses around them that all have their break at noon. CJ and Robert are two employees I always enjoy talking to when I go by to pick up my food.

This is typically my favorite place to order subs. I ordered a delivery today and spent $33 with fees. I had to throw away my roast beef sub. It had so much vinegar and oil and pepper spread on it it was not edible. I spent extra money for extra roast beef. Very dissapointing. Just tried to call to speak with the manager but no answer. It’s only 5:55 pm. They say on website they are open til 7. I would like someone to contact me fir a refund.

My experience was terrible. The mobile ordering for this location didn’t work. And upon having to redo my entire order, I received my sandwich. THEN WHEN I BIT INTO IT, i looked down and saw a hair and found a hair IN MY MOUTH as well. Then, while trying to get a refund, they took a long time and then checked AGAIN to see if there was even a hair after not believing one of their own employees.

Ordered a meatball sub, specified “please go easy on the sauce.” I open my sub and it’s dripping sauce, it’s doused in it. One staff member was cheerful. The one who took my order acted like I was an ant at a picnic. Tastes fine, but don’t go there with high expectations.

Great sandwiches. Can’t be said about the older woman manager. She has always been condensing and acts like everyone in the store is an inconvenience to her, including staff members it seems. As a customer who is in for 10 mins, I should not have to see any petty drama. She also asks what we want on sandwiches in total, then forgets what and asks again..why ask for all toppings if it’s instantly forgotten. Customer service training needs revisited.

Usually the service here is hit or miss. Unfortunately today was a definite MISS! The employees just looked absolute miserable and not friendly at all! Their coke machine was broken so you could only have sweet or unsweet tea. One poor guy was there that had asked for a sandwich, got the wrong one, returned it still got the wrong one and when he tried to tell the guy cutting the meat up all that guy did was argue back to him. So the guy just decided to eat it. My sandwich was just kinda thrown together as well as my child’s. Don’t know if they just had new employees but it was definitely not a good experience today! Not to mention they always forget the bacon on Mike’s Way! Next time I’ll make sure the lady manager and the other guy is there before ordering!

Jersey Mike’s is my top choice for subs. Their ingedients are fresh, meat and cheese freshly sliced, and the have a great menu with hot and cold options. My favorites are tuna and italian, but I also like the Big Kahuna cheesesteaks and ruebens.

Greg Funke, most disrespectful manager/employee I’ve ever encountered. Was headed there for an interview but ended up being hit in the side by another car (thank god I was fine but I almost died and had my windows busted out). He had texted me at 3:30 when it was time for interviewing, asking if was still coming (after already asking me 30 min earlier and i said yes. Then the accident happened 10 min after that) then he sent me this: “I have left for the day and will not be back till Monday. I waited an extra thirty minutes and took time out of my day to accommodate the interview. Dont make plans for an interview if you do not intend to show up or at least give the respect of calling and cancelling. Thank you.” I then told him what happened and he said “well a call would’ve been nice or a text”…….Seriously… I could’ve died and I even told him that but he showed his true colors…no wonder he lost employees..
