We love Outback and are so appreciative of the friendly service and delicious dinner especially with it being packed on Valentine’s Day! People need to be a little more considerate and patient with restaurants when it comes to being extremely busy like on Valentine’s Day. That is just to be expected. If you don’t wanna wait maybe go to McDonalds or stay home? My husband and I were more than happy to wait as all the staff were super friendly and doing the best they could with the mass amount of people trying to also get a table. We love you Outback and you made our special dinner memorable! We had an amazing day. Always a positive experience here. Some customers are just cranky they have to actually wait and things aren’t immediate. ♀️

Food wasn’t bad. Service was great! 6 in our group celebrating our granddaughter’s birthday. Steaks were cooked correctly but on the tough side for filet mignon. They sang happy birthday and gave the birthday girl a free dessert.

We were added to the waitlust and still waited 45 minutes to be seated. The waiter was fabulous, however it took 30 minutes for people in my party to get their drinks. An appetizer never arrived and it was well over 1.5 hours before getting served.

This is the first time in years I have been back to Outback. We had a party of 6 for my granddaughters 12 birthday dinner. From the start, everything was wrong, from the beverages to the food. The non-communication between staff on our food just made everything long and drawn out. Spent more time waiting for the correct food than the time it took to eat. It was not a busy night, so not sure. I will not go back. There are better options out there.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
We came to this restaurant to celebrate an 18th birthday, and unfortunately the entire experience was ruined. We were told that because our group had more than 10 people, we had to be on one bill. That was not feasible for our group, as many people did not know each other. We were then told we could be split into separate tables so we wouldn’t have to be on one bill, which I understand if that is the policy.
What makes no sense is that we were not allowed to sit anywhere near each other. Parents were separated from their children, and our group was placed on opposite sides of the restaurant. This actually made things more difficult for the servers and made the celebration feel completely disconnected. The restaurant was nearly empty, with only 3–4 other occupied tables, so there was absolutely no reason for this.
The manager, Abby, was unprofessional, rude, and downright disrespectful. After the policy had already been explained, our orders placed, and we were actively eating, she repeatedly returned to our tables to confront us and continue making an issue about the bill. It felt like harassment and completely ruined what was supposed to be a happy celebration.
To make matters worse, someone in our party found a hair in her steak. I personally watched her pull it out of her mouth after taking a bite, which was disgusting and unacceptable.
Overall, the experience was extremely unenjoyable, stressful, and uncomfortable. What should have been a memorable 18th birthday turned into a frustrating and unpleasant evening that we could not wait to end.
I do want to acknowledge that our servers, Julie and Melvin, did a good job and were kind and professional despite the situation. Unfortunately, their efforts were overshadowed by poor management and the overall negative experience. We will not be returning and do not recommend this restaurant.
