The service was great, like always. I ordered the new meatloaf That was the worst tasting meat loaf i’ve ever had in my entire life. There is no way that should be on your menu. Someone incorporate needs to re-evaluate this item. I had to return it and get something else.

I gave 3 stars only because of the prices there are So there were 4 of us and our bill came up to $150.00 plus a $25.00 tip. The food was really good and our server was amazing. But I just think that the prices could be a little more reasonable for more families to afford to come. This place is a must go tho but just be aware that it may cost you a little extra than most places. But don’t be detoured there food is great.

Somewhat of an unpleasant experience. The service was nice to start – the waitress was friendly. Ordered an 8oz sirloin steak, medium well. It looked rare, which grosses me out. Middle was just too squishy for me. I asked to send it back to cook a little longer so it’s less pink, and this is what I was presented with in the photo. Overdone exterior that felt like I was chewing leather. Any seasonings were overwhelmed by a burnt smell and taste, which was unfortunate. Kinda lost my appetite by that point. My other foods got cold except for the shrimp. I assume we spoke with the head chef when someone came out to present the food back to us, to which he said he cooked the shrimp a little longer because it didn’t look right to him, but to present the steak like this as burnt as it was? Very disappointing $35 experience for me and around almost $70 for my parents. By the end of it, we felt kind of rushed for payment and dismissed by the waitress – my parents paid with gift cards that no one could get to work, supposedly, even though these cards are made for being used here. Don’t recommend.

Food was great and service was outstanding! Elizabeth was a wonderful waitress. Some of the best service we have had out in a long time! Manager was very nice also. We have not been to Outback in about 5 years due to a horrible previous experience but this visit redeemed it plus much more.

The lady (Kim) was friendly but very unprofessional. We watched her hover over people when people tipped her and she would then check it, making people visibly uncomfortable. We know this because she did it to us and we had the same reaction.I understand mistakes happen but it was one after another. We waited on the check for 40 minutes. Then her and the manager ( at least that’s who we think it was) went back and forth, taking our missing order on and off of our check. Even after all the wait and messing around, we still got charged for our missing order. This was a to go order that we were missing, so we didn’t even have the food yet, nor did we really want it after all this. Finally, when receiving our cash back, she only gave us a two thirds of our cash back. We didn’t feel like making a fuss so we just left. This is after the last couple time we had bad experiences, and figured we would give it one last try. And let’s just say, that was the LAST try.

Kelsey was our waitress she was absolutely fantastic very helpful and friendly. We had a very large party and she did great! Lonnie the manager came over and greeted us and told the birthday girl happy birthday! I feel the staff there are all very helpful and go above and beyond. I really love celebrating our family birthdays and Outback!

Kim was very down to earth, sweet and personable – not to mention a great waitress with wonderful service. We love our date nights to Outback! We love the consistency in the food (creatures of habit who always order the same thing).

Don’t get me wrong food is amazing but their prices are horrible. I got 2 small appetizers for a total of 12 shrimp. Then I proceeded to get 2 house/side salads and 2 bowls of soup or what they call bowls more or less or a cup for a bill that was over 50$ that’s insane.

The service was so wonderful and above and beyond we had to write a review. From our server (John) to the host to the person who brought out our food, everyone was so sweet and attentive. The food came out fast, was delicious, and we’re currently sitting at the table saying we don’t remember the last time we had this good of service anywhere. Highly recommend!
