My fiancée and I went there last night. The hostesses held the doors open for us. We were seated quickly and our waiter Tyler came and immediately assisted us. Tyler was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the menu. He was one of the best waiters that we have ever encountered. The manager (John I think) greeted us as well and was very approachable and friendly. The food was on point as well. We will definitely visit this location again.

So our waitress starting out with a great attitude and personality. There was a light waiy before she greeted us but no issues. Except…it crept down from there. She seemed to get bogged down and overwhelmed. But, the saving grace is that our food was amazing. The portions were favorable. I definitely recommend the Three Cheese Steak Dip: delicious!!

Where do I start? Mom and I stopped in after a day of shopping. We were so hungry and fortunately did not have a long wait. Our waitress was very kind and accommodating. We started with the bloomin onion which was a bit greasy but the manager remade it fresh. The second one was on point. Mom had the steak & shrimp, baked potato with steamed broccoli. I ordered the grilled salmon, steamed broccoli and loaded baked potato. I must say, the broccoli was deliciously green and steamed to perfection. My salmon was an absolute and the baked potato was so fresh and hot. Mom loved her steak because it was cooked right the first time. She loved the broccoli and potato also. I cannot say enough about our visit to Outback! Major salute to our waitress, the manager, hostess staff, cleaning crew and the marvelous chefs in the kitchen!!

I ordered the Delmonicos ribeye, cooked to medium rare. It was definitely a medium, but flavored perfectly and very good. For sides I got the chili, and the mushrooms. The chili was very good but alot of tomatoes for a chili. Still it was delicious. The mushrooms were awful to me. VERY bland and boring.
The server was very nice, and the hostess was nice enough.
Over all it was a good experience, and at 35 bucks for the steak and two sides you really can’t beat it.

If you live in the area, you know the Friday, Saturday and Sunday especially you will find this restaurant very busy. Although the prices are very not budget friendly the food IS VERY delicious! When we arrived, we were given an estimated time of 30 minutes till we got a table. It only took 20 minutes, so that was good. Upon entering I did notice that it definitely needed to be straightened up. When you’re paying $100 for four people to eat I feel like you would expect it to be tidy and clean. The tables were clean, but the floors and bathrooms were in need of attention. Our waitress was helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a very nice dinner.

Exceptional service! I drive from Memphis to this location because it’s the best around. Every single time – the food is perfect and the service is excellent.
Shout out to the manager Jonathan. He is extremely accommodating, worked with me and my large party to get us sat, and checked on us.
