I wanted a bloomin’ onion, so we went to Outback. It was nicely presented and well seasoned but was a little too greasy for my taste. Service was very slow. After getting the onion, our server didn’t come back to take our orders until we were finished with the onion. The salad was very good with fresh ingredients, and the grilled chicken and fries were very good too. I ran completely out of water and couldn’t get our server’s attention. Another server happened to notice and finally brought more. Then we had to flag down another server to ask for the check. Our original server brought it to us. I won’t be going back.

This location was out of a lot of items on the menu. Most of what I wanted they didn’t have. The appetizers and cocktails were good. My dinner was bland. I got the chopped steak and I wasn’t told until I got my plate and asked where was the gravy that they were out of that too. Mac and cheese didn’t have a taste. Disappointed in my dinner but my wings were good. Our server was very nice and attentive. It will be awhile before I come back to this location.

I went on Friday evening about 7:00pm. The parking lot was full and I walked to the door thinking we would definitely have to wait to be seated. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The hostess was friendly and after asking how many would be with me, asked if we preferred a booth or table. The restaurant had lots of customers and I was surprised to be seated immediately. Alicia was our server and was amazing. She was very friendly and helpful with answering questions and offering suggestions. The food was served quickly, first the appetitizer, then the meal, both of the food runners were friendly as well. The restaurant was clean with a nice atmosphere. The staff also said thanks for coming in and have a nice evening. This was the best casual dining experience we’ve had in a while.

In a place like Memphis where good service is impossible to find, Kaitlyn made our dinner amazing. Punctual, Informed on the menu, and very kind, she made dinner perfect. And it doesn’t stop with her, all of the other servers that passed our table were amazing, everyone in that restaurant knows what they are doing, the food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were made perfect. This is the best dinner experience me and my wife have had in the better part of a year, we will be going back for every date night, and family night out to come. Absolute perfection from the staff, you would think we were at a fine dining restaurant. Can not thank them enough, whatever they are doing they are doing it right !

Our waitress, Haily P, at the Cordova, TN location was phenomenal. She was polite, attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient. She and all of the wait staff we saw were working hard, moving quickly, and were on task. The young men helping to bring out our food were also courteous and polite. The food was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Great food, BarB did a great job handling the front end business until help arrived! Food was hot and fresh. Manager needs to do a better job getting the place cleaner. End of tables full of crud. Other than that, was a great time.
