What an incredible experience! The food was delivered as hot as it was delicious. Our server, Joshua W, was friendly and helpful. He took great care of us! Both, Nikki and Mars, stopped by to check in to make sure our experience was as perfect as possible. We will definitely be back!

We brought my mother-in-law to Outback for Valentine’s Day lunch, and the food was absolutely delicious! Everything came out fresh and just the way we ordered.
Our server, Troy, was top-notch — friendly, professional, and just an all-around kind person. He made us feel welcomed from the moment we sat down and checked on us consistently without being overbearing.
This was truly the best service I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. Thank you, Troy, for making our experience so special. We will definitely be back!

Went to dinner at Outback tonight and I’m honestly shocked. The place was nearly empty—maybe three or four tables occupied. Yet instead of waiting on customers, the entire staff was in the middle of a loud “team meeting” right there in the dining area during dinner hours, shouting “Aussie!” at the top of their lungs for a good ten minutes.
We sat there for at least 15 minutes with not a single person acknowledging us. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you”—nothing. When the meeting finally ended, the staff just hung around the bar laughing and chatting with each other while we, the paying customers, were left sitting there like fools waiting for someone to acknowledge us.
After being completely ignored from the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out, we finally left without ever being greeted or waitied on. Absolutely unacceptable. These chains wonder why they are all going under and no one visits them anymore. This is why.

Great experience at Outback Steakhouse on East Blvd in Charlotte. Ziare was our server and was very attentive, but what really stood out was how seamless the entire team made the night. Dining out with kids can be hit or miss, but this felt easy from start to finish with friendly, quick service throughout. The loaded fries are still a solid order and taste exactly the same as they did 20 years ago. The kids menu is excellent. Our kids struggled to choose between the steak and the burger and loved ending the meal with the $1.99 ice cream and fudge. Prices are fabulous and refreshing in a city where inflation has hit most restaurants hard. Bread service is always a 10 out of 10. We also enjoyed the loaded baked potato and wedge salad. The ribeye was okay, but overall a very reliable, family friendly spot with great value.

This was the worst pasta I’ve ever had in my life. The noodles were overcooked by at least 15 minutes – completely mushy, bland, and swimming in just oil and pepper, with no real sauce at all. I had to salt it three times, and it was still flavorless. To make it worse, the pasta was a random mix of different shapes, including what looked like leftover noodles just thrown in together. The meat had no flavor and was just as disappointing. I’ve never had such a poorly made pasta dish. Truly awful

The service and food was excellent. I didn’t go in for the atmosphere but I’m sure it was good. My order was waiting on me. This outback restaurant excellent. I will be back.

The food was good and the service was great. I got 2 flights of boomeritas and a blackberry martini with hot wings and fries. I can honestly say the drinks were not the best. Conner came around and asked how the meal was and to make up for the not so great drinks we received a desert on the house which made up for the drinks.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND you to stop by and give it a try . If it wasn’t for the drinks I would give this place a 10/10

First- let me start by saying I’ll never turn my back on outback. I love me some outback lol but really this location is so nice. Everyone is friendly, however Sal our server was the BEST! Even while he seemed pretty busy he stopped at all his tables regularly, he smiled the whole time, and he went above and beyond. Our food was good per usual and it came out quick! Love this location.

I haven’t been to Outback in years and was craving steak so decided to give it a try. One of my neighbors paints the koala paintings for all the Outback Steakhouses so I wanted to support her too.
Came on a Friday around 6pm. The restaurant was busy but there wasn’t a long wait for a table.
Our server was very nice but wasn’t always on top of things. She brought me the wrong wine (red instead of white) and the second glass I ordered I think she forgot about completely because we had to remind her after waiting about 10 minutes. We NEVER got water but I saw other tables had water (are we supposed to ask for water?).
The food was pretty good—the same as I remember it being so that says something about consistency. The plating was very sloppy though.
I ordered the Steakmas special—bloomin French onion sirloin with baked potato and mac n cheese. It was a solid meal. Definitely recommend asking for honey butter to go with the bread. In fact, the honey butter was the star of the show.
Plenty of free parking btw
