Yall are the worst! Be so fr thanks for my slushy. This location just needs to shut down at this point. Everything is always wrong, old, and horrible. Not to mention it takes longer to go through the drive thru than go to a sit down restaurant. Not getting pickles or onions on my burgers for months because they’re to lazy to do the literal bare minimum. But this slushy really just sent me over the edge. I hope corporate finally steps in and fixes this location because it’s literally a constant disappointment. I’ve been going the whole way to greenecastle recently because it’s so bad. This is the last time I will ever go here. Worst McDonald’s to ever exist.

I ordered a large sweet tea and medium shake. My drink wasn’t filled all the way and my milkshake didn’t have whip cream on it. I used to work in the food industry, unless someone specifies not wanting whip cream you are supposed to put it on there. Fries were old and cold. My chicken sandwich was burnt on the bun and the chicken itself.

This place is TERRIBLE every time I order from here DoorDash or at the place they screw up. This time it was a DoorDash delivery. They tried to blame DoorDash… yet there bag had no order number to verify and they said no other orders sitting to be picked up! Why??? Cause you don’t have an order number in your bag like DoorDash said your required to have over the phone the dasher probably assumed it was his … Then to top it off no straws in the bag for the drinks smh…. This is the worst McDonald’s out of all chambersburg Lincoln way mcds get it together ! Now I got to wait 3 days for a refund…. Smh or do like Cracker Barrel and make sure people get the right food and LABEL your orders… it’s not that HARD! Not to mention the PARKING is terrible if you want to risk getting hit by a car go to mcds on Lincoln way.

So I understand that DoorDash orders may not be a priority to some of the employees working but the DoorDash customers are customer just as ones that come into the restaurant or go through the drive-thru The fact that you continue to only work on drive-through orders while DoorDash is waiting for 10-15 plus minutes for an order is kind of ridiculous. Not only do the customers get cold food they are waiting extra time. Understandably they are not in line and their food may come a little colder than it would if they were to eat it via and the restaurant or getting it through the drive-thru however the fact that the customers or the dashers have to continuously wait is a little bit ridiculous if you ask me….

I pulled through their drive-through and I asked for a McChicken meal and a large milkshake. They gave me my milkshake and my drink told me to pull into the parking space and wait about 10 minutes. Go by and I walk in and ask where my food is at, and I’m being nice and I’ve said please and thank you throughout all my interactions and the woman is mad at me that I asked for my food and I open my bag and my sandwich has been manhandled and my fries, and my chicken nuggets was overcooked and dried out. I don’t know why people are mad at me because they can’t do their job.

Took forever to get our food because all the kids working there were having a pow wow hang out party while the place grew more and more backed up. Took 20 minutes to get a Big Mac. Never have I seen it that bad at this location. We will take the extra 5 minutes next time to go to the Scotland location.

This was the worst experience o have ever had at all the McDonald’s I have ever been at. The girl taking our order had no idea what we were even saying she messed up our order they didnt have half rhe food on the menu including drinks the girl who took our money had no idea what to do when handed her 2 gift cards and cash then she still rang up wrong when I said use the gift cards first and then cash and give change back she gave us no chamge back then refused to open the windows again as we sat there telling her to open the window she messed up then when she opened the window it took her 5 more minutes to get a manager who told her in 2 seconds to give us our change which I had to tell her what our change even was she couldn’t figure that out either. Then still had to wait on our food and get it and its messed up and cold.

I regret even attempting to order. Drive thru I’d about a 10 min wait that I saw. But going in store and ordering is a completely different story. Be ready to wait 40-50 minutes for your food. Plus there’s a better chance of it not being brought to you and just sat in the takeout shelves. The discussions you hear are disgusting, there’s no thought from the employees. This may be their job, but they’re just getting paid to hang out. I would HIGHLY recommend not taking your children inside the store. It’s just obscene in every way. Also if you DoorDash, take the decrease in acceptance percentage and DECLINE this location

Ava was an absolute gem!! She definitely does an amazing job keeping the flow moving and picking up slack wherever needed! She assisted myself and I observed her team mentality and beautiful work ethic in the short time we were at the restaurant we had a great experience!! Thanks again Ava!
