Waited more than 10 minutes. I was not acknowledged or waited on during this time. So I went to the kiosk which needs to be more simplified like the registers. Then once order was place 25 minutes before recieved food, only when I ask where our food was dis I recieve it. Food was hot and fresh except the nuggets.

Usually the orders are correct and the people are friendly. Just recently (8/16) we stopped for their new PB crunch mcflurry. I bought 3. One was filled to the top like it’s supposed to be with what looked like a decent amount of topping. The two others were about 3/4 full with one having a decent amount of topping throughout and the other having barely anything at all. It was like I had soft serve vanilla ice cream with a few crunchy bits. The amount they charge for these things is astronomical and to jip you out of ice cream and topping is just ridiculous. It reminded me of the reason why I don’t usually splurge on the extras there.

Service was horrible, 1st time getting our food, they couldn’t count – double means two. Received one patty. Sent back, try again, please read the ticket. This time, they could count but failed to read, just ketchup and mayo, received everything on it. Maybe if they spent less time jacking around and actually paid attention to what they were doing, their customers wouldn’t be demanding a refund.

Came on Saturday for breakfast and waited 25 minutes at curbside for my food. Came in 3 times because food was wrong or missing and the front line team member continued to argue and make excuses instead of just fixing the issue.
