Just ordered a frappe and was very polite to the person who took my order and delivered my drink. The woman who delivered my drink put a napkin around the cup and handed it to me, she did not inform me that there is a cut in the cup and my drink was pouring out. This is drive through so I just put it in my cup holder and drove away and realized this later after my car and my hands were a mess. I had to go straight home and pour it into a glass from my house. I’m actually mad at myself for even going to McDonald’s because what else should I expect from this place? I thought since it was such a simple order they’d get it right, it would take 2 seconds for her to put it in a cup with no holes in it. Some of the workers are horrible.

This store needs to either retrain their employees or CLEAN THEIR OVEN. Every single burger I’ve received from this store the past month (at least) has had a BURNED hamburger bun (just the top). Definitely affects the taste. You would think they would fix this quickly. Happened with Big Macs, Quarter Pounders, and regualr cheeseburgers.

They literally always have terrible service, if you order they the mobile app, you will ALWAYS be parked or wait in curbside for them to clear their entire line every single time. Sometimes you have to wait extended periods even if there is no line. Employees are incredibly rude. They will slam windows in your face and roll eyes because they got your order wrong. Just absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Edit to add* they will always get your order wrong, no matter how simple. I even just ordered a coke one time and got dr pepper ♀️

McDonalds forgot their place in the food world. Tried to get something similar to the biggie bag from Wendy’s (burger, fries, nuggets, drink) came out to $12… easiest decision of my life turning around. I’ll stick to Wendy’s.
