I give this 2 stars because of the chicken. We were seated promptly. Order taken. I also had a mixed drink. Once we received our food, we were never checked on again. I had to walk up to hostess and ask for salt and pepper. I probably would have had at least 1-2 more drinks if offered. The ribs were dry and over cooked. Honestly, it was just the chicken that was good, also bathroom was clean.

The tables and floor was wet and when the time came for our bill, the people across from us, their tab was on ours, which I found interesting since they arrived so much later than us. I doubt we will go back to this location. If any at all, unfortunately.

Went to get a Togo order and everything was great but the sliders in the triple dipper were dry and the tenders were slightly chewy. I was disappointed when I asked for a side of large ranch only to find it filled halfway. One ranch in the triple dipper seemed to be an avocado ranch? Which I did not ask for. Tenders seemed kinda small at least one or 2. $15-$18 for a meal I shouldn’t get these many errors

My family and I had a great experience! We came on a Monday evening and got seated right away. Our server Marly was prompted with greetings and smiles. Got our drink orders and our appetizer. She was patient as I needed a few extra minutes! She took our orders and food came out nice and hot! She continued to check back on us regularly and I appreciate that being that I’m a former server. Atmosphere was great not too busy and the music was favorable. Overall I will come back this visit was exceptional all around!

Placed order for 2 Salads to go and upon opening them there was a brown spot which I thought was wilted lettuce but to my disbelief it was a hand towel from their napkin dispenser where you would wash your hands and as I brought them back to the restaurant and they verified that’s what it was and continued to apologize and wanted to have the audacity to offer me gift cards and all they could do is apologize this is beyond sick!!!! How does this Happen. Just Dirty!!!!!

Came to just have a drink and appetizer in memory of my friend who passed away. And Domanique made my vist perfect. Even though I ended up springing 3 extra people on her….she was perfect for us and had had all our orders correct!

Jade (so sorry if I spelled it wrong!) was absolutely amazing!! She had so much patience with my sisters, my 9 month old and me along with great service in general! We normally go to different places for our weekly lunch meet up but I believe we will be back a few more times because Jade and the rest of the welcoming and wonderful team today!

Valentine’s Day, so I understand. We pulled up and got out on the waitlist and were told 15-30 minutes. Okay understandable. Didn’t get a table until an hour later. Still. Understandable. We order our food as SOON as we sit down. And we get our appetizers brought out pretty quickly. But since then, it has been over ANOTHER hour and STILL have not received food. To arrive before 6:30 and it’s 8:30 and STILL no meal being brought out is insanity. Our plans afterwards are now RUINES because we have been sitting in chilis for over 2 hours with NO FOOD!! Quite ridiculous if you ask me. It really gets to a point chilis. Do better. Very disappointed and frustrated. Throughout all of this, our server was still very nice, no shade to her because this was not her fault. Can’t review the food because.. we have not got it yet. Smh

Worse experience ever!!!! Waited to be seated over 20 mins to be bumped for a family that came in 12 mins after us..Then be told it was a slight mix up with no solution but to wait longer we left and went to Applebee’s…I’ll never return to Chili’s again and I’ll be posting on all social sights about the horrible experience…
