The steak was cooked perfectly and so we’re the fries, the shrimp was a little overcooked but it was still amazing! The drinks were even better! The black berry tequila was astonishing and I would like more!

My experience here is perfect. My waitress MACKENZIE was so on point; never did my sweet tea run empty. She checked in on me but was not over bearing. I would definitely ask for her at this location. THANK YOU FOR BEING AMAZING!!!

From the time we entered the adorable hostess was all smiles and sat us quickly. Thank you to our server Jaime, for making our friend’s birthday dinner perfect and fun! His attention to detail made us feel special and our drinks were never empty! We had the Prime rib and coconut shrimp. Our friends had the fillets and a blooming onion. We enjoyed our visit very much and will be back again.

We were seated immediately but the server never talked to us for over 10 minutes. We kept having a waitress walk by us but she never stopped to greet us or anything. Eventually the bartender came over, apologized, then took our order. He was very friendly but he got so busy he never came back after our order was delivered. We never got refills or checked on. We sat there for about 15 minutes after we were done eating waiting for our check. Again, the bartender was super friendly but he was overwhelmed. I had to go to the bar and tell him we needed our check. We’ve eaten at many Outback steak houses and this was the worst service we’ve received. The manager was also only a few booths away talking with some customers she apparently knew for a long time but didn’t even check on us. I’m hoping this is just a rarity and we’ll probably try them again, but as of now, we have no desire ever to return.

I blame myself for continuing to come back, hoping the experience gets better. My wife and I ordered burgers, both of them medium, warm pink center. Instead we both, yes, not just one burger but both, received burnt patties. Even our blooming onion tasted burnt, so someone needs to turn the heat down there.

My steak I had asked for it to be medium well and it was well done. It was busy and it took over an hour to get our food. It was very loud in here also. Our waiter was very kind and kept apologizing to us. Most of the time this is a great place to eat just not last weekend.

The manager, Tony, strives to have a culture of community and respect between all levels of employee and how they treat their guests. It shows, as our server Natalie treated us like we were friends and was very observant of our needs. This has been my best visit to an Outback EVER and probably one of the best services at any restaurant.

Outback used to be great food, great service, don’t know what happened. Under new management? Definitely won’t be going back to the lebanon location. Spent almost $100 tonight (online it said $76.22 then my bank statement showed $91.46 so not sure, which is concerning) got half cold food out the door curbside, burnt soggy Blooming onion i couldn’t even stomach, soggy salad, overcooked shrimp, undercooked steak, 5 shriveled up chicken fingers instead of 6, ordered loaded mashed potatoes got regular mashed potatoes and a side cup of shredded cheese. Best thing about the food was the mac and cheese. I need a refund immediately, not worth the money!!

Our server John was AMAZING! he did a great job with our HUGE party. From drinks to food it was quick and accurate and he made it so fun. We also tried the new honey habenero margarita and it was OUTSTANDING.
