The service is horrible! A bunch of kids working here that have no customer service skills. On top of waiting 20 min on my to go order, after the app told me it was ready, I got home to find that the food was burnt.. (review picture below) WHY would the chef even put this in a box for someone to eat?? I would rather eat charcoal. Borderline poisoning.. I don’t understand how this place is open. I do NOT recommend to anyone!

I hadn’t been to a Chili’s in years. It truly hasn’t changed. There are some great options for dinner at reasonable prices ….you get to choose three things … beverage, soup, salad, steak…a combo option. The portions are large. I decided on the appetizer sampler. The waitress was great and very accommodating. We were seated quickly but we did arrive at 5pm. Plenty of parking.

Took my wife to Chili’s for Valentines Day. We wanted to beat the crowd so we opted late lunch early dinner. When I tell you everything was amazing, It was amazing!! We had the best waitress whose name was Holly. Our food was chefs kiss!!! Don’t sleep on those eggrolls!!!

Tegan was absolutely amazing! She kept our drinks filled constantly. She had a phenomenal attitude. She was attentive and always smiling. Food was delicious and came out relatively quick. The atmosphere was very welcoming and family friendly. Thank you Tegan for being a spectacular server

Had a party of 7. We waited for 25 minutes. Was told our table was ready. Once the hostess meet us at the door, she told us that our table was not ready and the manager just cut a server and had no open tables. Why would you cut any server when your restaurant is on a wait? There were plenty of open tables. This is absolutely ridiculous. Should have just went to the beach side. This location is always TERRIBLE.

My boyfriend and I love coming to chilis. But our experience this time was made even better because of our server Allenni. She is the only server we have had here who took the time to have conversation with us and double checked our order was correct after taking it. She kept the area clean and our water filled while handling other tables as well. Such a nice girl. Will be returning!

Jon, the manager at Chili’s, was beyond professional and delivered exceptional customer service. My steak wasn’t cooked quite right at first, and he immediately took care of it without hesitation. He personally made sure it was re-cooked to perfection and checked back to ensure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Ordered a grilled chicken house salad. My son ordered tenders fries and Mac and cheese. We waited over 30 mins for food. When the food arrived I received a side salad, and a piece of chicken on a separate plate not even sliced. I was charged $14 for what was supposed to be a grilled chicken house salad. The chicken was cold. My son’s Mac and cheese was cold. So what I ate was a little house salad and now have to grab food on the way home – some mother’s day! will not be going back.

Alexis was an amazing bartender. She stayed right on top of everything and gave my wife and I wonderful service. We went on an impromptu day lunch date to watch football and have some food and Alexis made sure we had a great experience.
