I went with 2 of my friends, while visiting Prague and we managed to find the restaurant on lunchtime, which is why we decided to take the incredibly cost-effective Lunch-All-You-Can-Eat offer, which offered a variety of Indian dishes, but was a bit cold at times, there was also rice, which was tasty, but mostly wet, which was, as you can guess, not ideal. Still the staff was very friendly and especially the naan bread was delicious.

I am a regular customer at this restaurant; I not only visit often but also order food online via Wolt. Whenever I place an order, I usually call them and specifically request it to be made spicy with green chilies.
On this occasion, I ordered two Biryanis as usual. I did call them and asked for them to be made extra spicy. The call was made at 20:49 (8:49 p.m.) on October 11th. The person who spoke with me gave me the feeling that he didn’t care what I was requesting, based on his tone, which is unusual as they are typically very focused.
As I suspected, the Biryani was not spicy but also lacked salt. Why was this done? Was it made purposely? Who was the employee on the phone? Was it really that difficult to pay attention to a customer ordering online?
