Service was excellent, and the steak was pretty darn good (especially for a chain restaurant). Very impressed with the customer service. Steak, shrimp and lobster were all cooked perfectly.

Paid $108.52 for them to load my bag with EVERY FOOD ITEM on it’s side, causing grease to fill the bag. When I get home, as soon as I lift the bag it rips spilling steak onto the pavement, leaving grease in my car and all over my pants. This would not have happened if the bag was loaded with everything right side up. Is it that difficult to do? In my 7 years of food experience I would never think to load a bag in that fashion. Get stronger bags. Maybe wider ones. Or… LOAD THEM CORRECTLY TO BEGIN WITH

To-Go order: Baked sweet potato and all the fixings (cinnamon, brown sugar, butter)- super hot which was great, perfectly cooked. If you’re a sweet potato fan, don’t hesitate. Also got an order of wings (dry)- first time trying them this way. Crisp and well seasoned. Highly recommend. They were ready at the noted time, friendly To Go person. Great experience all around. Their sweet tea is also great and it’s the perfect size for take away customers.

Food was less than average. Some hot items came out room temperature not even worm. French onion soup was terrible with a premade large piece of bread with melted cheese that was prepared separately then placed on top of the soup
The grilled chicken was bad and seemed as if it is been sitting for a while. It is not grilled but cooked on a flat surface grill
The wings we ordered had no sauce on it what so ever but had a dry rub I guess
My wife had a steak with lobster the lobster was less than room temperature
Even the cookie skillet the cookie was nearly worm
Not to mention it smells like fired onions in there

Don’t waste your money there there are plenty of options for much better experience dining

We had 20 people. Food was great. Sweet tea was never empty. We weren’t the quietest or cleanest with all the kids we had. Thank you for putting up with our group today and accommodating us with such short notice. Steak and shrimp on the barbie was amazing!

My sirloin steak was perfect, I loved it! We also ordered a blooming onion which was so greasy that I threw up when we got outside and I’m telling you, it was straight up grease and I was sick the rest of the day. The employees were all very nice. Make sure you tell them not to make you a blooming onion unless their grease is clean.

Of all the Outbacks I have been to over the years, this was my least favorite experience. Our server did what she could to make the experience better, but she wasn’t the problem. I ordered a drink from the bar and it didn’t taste or look like the ones I had gotten in the past. The server had it re-made for me, but it still wasn’t what I ordered. When our salads arrived, we sent them back. We ordered them without onions because my husband is allergic to raw onions. I informed the runner who originally brought them out and she was the one that brought them back. We asked our server to make sure that the salads were re-made due to hub’s allergy. She responded, “I am sure that they were.” I ate about a third of my salad before finding an onion. Thankfully my husband had gotten a phone call and had not started eating yet. His steak and potato was cooked properly and tasted good.

I go to Outback Steakhouse for lunch pretty regularly, and it’s always a great experience. I usually order either the chicken or steak from the lunch menu with a wedge salad topped with blue cheese, delicious every single time. The service is consistently fantastic, and for just $15, you seriously can’t beat the value. I get excited every time I go!
