We split the large steak and baked potato along with a Caesar salad. Very good. Steak prepared just as we asked. Our server was outstanding. Atmosphere is nice but the floors were slippery. No idea why.

My husband and I go out to dinner with two other couples every month. This month, we choose Outback in Simpsonville. Our server, Carson, was phenomenal! She has a wonderful personality and interacted with our group perfectly. She shared in our laughs and even added to some of our comments! Even though she had other tables, she was very attentive to us. Our order was delivered promptly and correctly. We will definitely go back and request Carson!

Got coffee, a burger with fries.
Coffee wasn’t hot. Like, wasn’t hot at all. Warmish, sure, but not hot.
Food also came out not hot either. Fries were just warm. I can tell when they’ve been sitting under a lamp for a while, but that’s probably because it took an hour to get my food.
The flavor on the food is fine. Serving size is less than desired. My son got a burger too and I looked over at his place and realized that my burger was basically the same as his (same amount of fries), and he paid half for it lol.
I’m just not impressed at all. Any up and coming restaurant could never get away with what Outback gets away with.

This Outback has wonderful service! I got the gingerbread martini (3 of them lol) and they were AMAZING. They caused quite a bit of stomach trouble but that’s okay, they were well worth it!
Tried the new ahi tuna dish and it was not very good. Tuna was sliced way too thin and was shiny/rubbery. The taste was fine, but the quality wasn’t quite there for such a delicate dish. Coconut shrimp came out very dark in color and tasted slightly overcooked. The color might have been partly due to using old oil.
This isn’t the first or last time I’ve been to Outback, and the food has always been mid. Drinks are great though. The service is always amazing. The waiters and waitresses are always so friendly, attentive and easy to talk to. Since the service is so great and the gingerbread martini is to die for, I’m leaving 5 stars. But for food quality alone, I’d leave 2. The food is just consistently not that good.

When folks choose to dine in someone’s establishment, it isn’t just for the food—they can make that at home. We’re seeking hospitality and service. Tin, the manager, and Ri’Diesha, our server, provided just that.
My wife and I ordered simply: Ribeye and filet, with salad and vegetables, and a I got a pinot noir to accompany my meal. Unfortunately, I got a subpar filet cut.
I brought it to my servers attention, Tin came over to address the concerns. No push back, they took care of it… expeditiously. They were so gracious and so kind, they validated my experience, and made it right.
This review has been on my mind for some time, but time kept slipping away. I can’t say enough great things about Tin. I would come back to this location JUST to experience Tin’s warmth and hospitality once more.

We had an amazing family dinner at Outback, thanks to the outstanding service from Tin and Carson. They were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our kid felt welcome, the atmosphere was very family-friendly, and the food was fantastic — especially the steaks, which were cooked to absolute perfection.
Tin went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and Carson’s kindness and attention to detail really stood out. It’s rare to find a team that works so seamlessly together and creates such a great dining experience.

The service is absolutely wonderful. Out waitress Elaina , as well as the manager Tin, is always attentive and pleasant. Our food was cooked exactly as ordered. We love this outback location. We dine here at least 1-2 times a week and are always pleased with the atmosphere, kindness and effort that is given.
