Every time I come here, either the mashed potatoes and gravy is burnt or this time the macaroni and cheese, and they charge you 50 cent up charge just for the macaroni and cheese. So there’s no reason why it should be burnt.

Edit: After receiving such a generic response from the owner on here, I’m even more let down and distrustful of this particular Popeyes. I read through some other low star reviews and see the same copy/paste response. Clearly they don’t care to fix the issues. So, I’m updating my 3 star review to 1 and not returning.
I went through the drive thru for dinner and ordered Mac and cheese as a side and got the most disgusting looking and tasting Mac and cheese I’ve ever had. It smelled like chemicals and tasted exactly how it smelled. After the test bite I tossed it out immediately. It was supposed to be for my toddler so I was let down.
I called the store to let them know they might want to pull the Mac and cheese labeled for 6:30 and the girl told me her manager prepped that station and probably wouldn’t do anything about it.
That’s a disappointing reply and decreases my trust in their ability to provide safe and fresh food.

They need to close this Popeyes down and train everybody again. They gave me my food and it felt like they took it straight out the walk-in freezer. Then I was waiting like 40m for my food so why is it this cold don’t make sense. Don’t nobody in there care and the food quality shows that‼️

My mom and I both got nuggets meals. The nuggets are actually pretty darn good. Real chicken and juicy. The fries were good as usual. The biscuit was kinda dense but still tasty. They don’t have a great drink selection. I will say after eating this we both felt pretty disgusting. Way too much breading on all the chicken. Next time I will get grilled or something if they have that. The people at this location are very kind!!

Went up here to get the kickback sauce, but I guess it’s not out yet, but I just wanna shout out to the dude that had the Dreads that was super friendly and made my sandwich delicious with pickles on the bottom and top of the sandwich and gave me extra pickles on the side lol thank you ❤️
