If I can give this store 0 stars I will. We stopped in for July 4th and the service was horrible. We waited one hour for our food, had to constantly ask for another drink. The table behind us complained about their food as well. We figured we waited one hour for our food so it will be amazingly good. Wrong… my steak was supposed to be medium rare and came out with a heart beat… literally. The loaded potato was loaded with kosher salt instead of the actual food. My food was completely cold, as well as two other meals on my table. We all sent it back and it came back cold. Again! The ribs were so well done it did not fall off the bone. We got to outback at 8:40pm, wasn’t served till 9:51. And we are just now leaving at 10:32. Service was okay, food was horrible. At that point my whole table could’ve gone back and cooked our own food.

Shayna B was our server, we were the last to be seated in her section and she was cut (meaning allowed to go home and complete her back of house duties) shortly after we sat down. Even though she could have had another server take care of us, she stayed and gave us the same service we would expect being her very first table. To shayna, from the people who just had our first date since my fiancée was injured, thank you for being great. Oh, and the food was good too!

The service and food were great tonight! You can tell how hard everyone works. I definitely recommend trying the bone-in steaks, they are a great size and have very good flavor! I couldn’t finish at least half of my food. My fiance really enjoyed his steak and chicken as well. He couldn’t finish his either.

2nd time eating here.Typical Outback Steakhouse. 1st time the food was, hot, fresh and good. The staff was friendly and professional. Service seemed a bit off and disorganized. Tonight service was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The food was mediocre. Ceasar side salad was good. Bloomin chicken sandwich was not good. Plus for the price the sandwich should have been larger. See pictures, that is a normal SC size hamburger bun it is on.

The food was delicious and Brittany was an amazing server. She was very familiar with the menu and able to help me order things that fit my dietary restrictions. By the end of the dining experience our family felt incredibly welcome and like we were visiting a friend instead of being served by a stranger. We will be requesting her when we return.

The service from Brian was amazing!! I have things that I have to avoid in my drinks and food but he accommodated with some delicious concoctions!!! The food was absolutely scrumptious and the atmosphere was laid back, welcoming and light-hearted!!! We truly enjoyed our time there. The perfect combination for a night out without kiddos!!!

If you’re going to go here (and you’re of age) I highly recommend the $7 cocktails. Absolutley amazing. Customer service was amazing. Now, we ordered and it took about 45 mins to an hour to receive our order after putting it in. I ended up having about 3 cocktails before our food came. But the atmosphere was great and our server and her trainee were really nice. I ordered the filet minon and lobster with sweet potatoe and Mac cheese. The filet came out medium just as I had ordered and the lobster was delicious. The Mac and cheese was probably the best Mac and cheese I’ve probably ever had. We celebrated our anniversary here tonight and this is the first time we’ve ever been to outback, but we will probably be back again for future date nights.

Jae was amazing!!! She was on top of everything and we didn’t have to wait for anything. All of the food runners were great, as were the managers who both checked on our table multiple times. Everyone was super friendly. We’ve eaten at many Outback’s in several different locations and this one was by far the best. Everyone is extremely outgoing and personable, and we will gladly come back whenever we’re in the area again.
