We had the pleasure of eating at Oui Bar + Kitchen with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. The are located inside the Radisson RED Miami. American Airlines provided us food vouchers for meals and the Oui Bar + Kitchen happily took them. There was a nice selection of food on the menu for everyone’s taste. The area was clean and free of slip or trip hazards. The server doubled as the bartender and was efficient and professional. She made a nice lemonade. Our order was taken and prepared in 11 minutes and was fresh and hot.

Where do I begin… well, it took forever to find the door to the restaurant to get in. We circled the entire building trying glass doors that were locked while staff watched from the inside. Then we found a nice patio area with music and a good breeze, but no seating outside. We finally found a door that opened, And when we walked in it was freezing cold. Three strikes before we even ordered. We approached the staff to ask if we were at the correct restaurant because there was no signage. Then we were seated and were told to access the menu via QR code…

Beware!!! 18% service tacked on top of high prices!!! Absolutely no value here. Will not return, which means we won’t stay at hotel next time. Slow, but friendly service. Food was fine. Mandatory use of phone for menu. Not handy.

Amazing food! Stopped by while the Raddison held our bags prior to our flight. Drinks were delicious – Carolina is a very experienced and terrific bartender. The wings were incredibly crispy and so were the sweet potato fries. 10/10. Affordable too. Would definitely stop here again.

Good food when they have it.Staff is very nice but unfortunately there’s a staffing shortage that management apparently refuses to address. The bartender and cook seem to be doing the work of 4 leading to missed and extremely delayed orders.I will not return to this hotel in the future..

We tried to order the shrimp salad, but we’re told that the are out of shrimps. Then we ordered the cauliflower burger and sat down to wait for our order to arrive. 10 minutes later we were told that they have run out of cauliflower, which is the signature ingredient on the menu. Waitress is not attentive. Overall poorly managed place in the middle of nowhere.
