Fantastic experience! I ordered takeout from Ortori Sushi and was so impressed. The food was absolutely delicious — I had the miso soup, gyoza, and a spicy tuna roll with avocado, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned.

What really stood out was their care around allergies. They called me twice (I missed the first call) just to make sure they had everything correct and safe, which I really appreciated.

Great food, wonderful attention to detail, and excellent service. I’m very happy with my order and highly recommend Ortori Sushi!

We came here looking for a good and quick meal, and that’s exactly what we got. The food was fresh, delicious, and served hot within minutes. The service was friendly, attentive, and quick. I also really appreciated that the meal was served in to-go boxes right away — it made things super convenient since we could pick up and leave without waiting around for help. Not something you normally see, but I really liked it. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

Ended up here sort of accidentally but OH MY GOODNESS! Will absolutely be coming back often. The food was incredible, reasonably priced for the quality and quantity. And the service was stellar as well. Definitely try the gyozas – they’re the best I’ve ever had! 10/10 and all the gold stars! ⭐️

We ordered the miso soup to start, a small app, short ribs, 2 sushi orders and every single dish was absolutely delicious.
The fish and rice tasted fresh, the ribs were well seasoned and tender and we agreed the miso soup was the best we’ve had in town.
The waitress checked with us frequently, she was so sweet and made sure our food was to our liking and accommodated our special requests. The atmosphere was comfortable, clean and spacious.
If you haven’t been here yet give it a try, we left with tons of leftovers and a full, happy stomach!

Best sushi I’ve had in many years, if not one of my favorite of all time! The owner was super friendly and informative and the food was amazing. The portions were almost as big as the flavors in everything we had….down to the smallest detail of chopping the ginger into manageable bites. First time Ive had a baked roll (The Volcano), SO good. Love this place and can’t wait to go back!

Phenomenal service, phenomenal food. You really get your bang for your buck. My favorite appetizer was the Black Rose, the sauce and texture were so yummy, perfectly savory and crispy. Our server has the sweetest, kindest soul. My boyfriend’s entree had miso included, mine didn’t, so she gave me miso soup on the house. She also gave us two rolls extra on the house. My boyfriend’s only complaint was the selection isn’t as big as most other sushi places. Overall loved the experience, the food just kept coming, and we left with our bellies full and happy hearts.

From all the great reviews, I had high expectations for the sushi. However, the experience was mediocre at best. Ordered 4 different deep fried rolls which ended up all looking the same. The quality of the fish also looked like canned tuna. Otherwise, service was great. The server was very helpful.

Me and my significant other are avid sushi eaters around Spokane. Otori Sushi are the new kids on the block, so it was only a matter of time for us to come enjoy it. We ate 3 rolls, the California, the Red Dragon, and named for the restaurant, Otori roll. I haven’t ever previously had a California roll served hot, but I was pleasantly surprised by it’s amazing texture that is reminiscent of a warm biscuit. Much like the California, the Red Dragon Roll was prepared differently than I had ever had before. It was like meeting an old friend with new clothes, it has a new spin on it. Finally, standing out to me, the Otori roll. This was a wonderful roll that bites back at you. It has a bold spicy salmon, with a tangy red onion dressing the top of the roll. To say simply, this took me by surprise, as it was a true wolf in sheep’s clothing. It’s simple appearance masks the complex and loud flavors it’s ingredients present. This is true as well for the restaurants appearance. The menu is simple as the walls are, plain and to the point. I am sure that such flavorful and interesting food will not hide for long behind such a simple abode. This place screams for an exciting theme and I can’t wait to see what it will become.

Wow! This place passed under my radar being dinner only. Super hooked now, two nights in a row. The miso soup was amazing. The sushi was some of the best I’ve ever had. The staff is great and it’s a family owned and operated place.

Stopped by on a whim. We got the teriyaki chicken and the unagi don (special of the day). Both dishes came with miso soup.

The chicken had a nice char to it, and wasn’t drenched in sauce. I like that they went light on the sauce and offered to bring more if you prefer a saucy teriyaki (which I don’t). I think the salad had some sort of ginger dressing. I enjoyed it.

Had a bite of the unagi and it was delicious. The miso was tasty too.

We just had water. It was good: not infused with fruits or melons, not soapy. Just good iced water. (I’m not generally a fan of water so I like to comment on it.)

Prices seemed a little bit high, but portions were generous and we had leftovers.

The restaurant was clean, food came out quick, and the server was attentive.
